Why Am I Falling

Sierra woke up later then usual, she jumped out of bed, threw on her slippers, and headed downstairs to get some coffee. When she or there she saw the boys sitting at the counter while they watched Ramin make pancakes.

" Good morning you two! How did you sleep?" Sierra walked over and ruffled Jaidens hair.

" I slept like a rock, those beds are super comfy." Hadley responded, his head in his game.

" Good! What about you Jaiden?"

" Good.. I am still tired though, but dad woke us up early.. Apparently we have to go to rehearsals today." Jaiden rubbed his tired looking eyes.

" How did you sleep Sierra? Are you ready for another day of rehearsals?" Ramin said as he brought 2 plates of pancakes over to the kids. " Also would you like some pancakes?"

"I love pancakes! And I slept okay, had a lot on my mind."  Sierra accepted the plate and grabbed a seat next to Hadley.

" Would you like to talk about it? I am all ears?"

" Therse are very good pancakes." Sierra shoved them in her mouth to avoid answering the question.

" mhmm thank you. They are my mothers recipe." Ramin could sense Sierra was avoiding the question.

" delicious, absolutely delicious" Sierra finished her pancakes and brought her plate over to the dishwasher. " Well I am going to get ready for rehearsal!" With that she walked away towards her room with a little pep in her step.

" Does she seem weird to you two?" Ramin asked his two boys.

" She seems happier then yesterday!"

" I know, but why?" Ramin really wanted to know what was up with Sierra but again he didn't want to pry. He told the boys to go get ready  before he went do to the same.  It was almost 7am and time for them to go. " Is everyone ready to go?" Ramin gathered up his stuff and grabbed the kids tablets.

" All ready." Sierra was too lazy to look nice so she had on sweatpants and a hoodie.. The kids following closely behind Sierra. 

"Alright, shall we head out then? We have a long day ahead of us!" Ramin headed towards the door opening it for everyone.  They headed down to the car, the cool air took them by surprise.

" After rehearsal can we go to a park??" Jaiden asked.

" I don't see why not! If the weather is still nice I'm down for a trip to the park." Sierra loved the outdoors, but hasn't been able to get out as much since she got here. " We can play tag!"

" That sounds fun! Maybe we can get ice cream after too?" Hadley loved ice cream way more then anything else.

" Yes! Ramin can we play tag and get ice cream after rehearsal?" Sierra flashed Ramin the puppy dog eyes.

" I am outnumbered here so why not." Ramin was glad that Sierra wanted to hangout with his kids.  They arrived at the theater and headed inside to Ramin's dressing room.. Ramin's dressing room was nice! It had 2 couches, a vanity, a tv, and was stocked with snacks!  He got the boys comfortable and headed to the stage with Sierra.

" Good morning everyone! We have a busy day ahead so lets begin with some warm ups." Andrew was standing in the center of the stage again. " Today we are going to run All I Ask of You and then the reprise so I need Ramin, Sierra, and Hadley. The rest of you are going to be practicing lines and getting fitted for costumes.

" We finally get to sing together!" Hadley was so excited to sing with Sierra, they had a good amount of songs together.

Hadley and Sierra ran through All I Ask of You and sounded amazing, Andrew was pleased! It was Ramin's turn to sing the reprise. He was slightly jealous of the chemistry they had on stage, but then again she wasn't his and they weren't together.

Rehearsal ended a few hours later, luckily it was still daylight out so they could bring the kids to the park! " Alright boys, are you ready? It looks like we have some daylight left to go to the park." Ramin started gathering his  things to get ready to go.

" Perfect! Where is Sierra?! She said we could play tag!" Jaiden asked.

" She will be right here, she was just finishing up something! Why don't you two get your shoes on so we can go as soon as she gets back?"

" Alright guys! I am ready to go play some serious games of tag!" Sierra walked into the dressing room all dressed and ready to go! The 4 headed to the closest park, the park was beautiful and had lots of room to play tag. They hung out at the park for a few hours before heading to get some ice cream... By the time they got back to the hotel the kids were beyond exhausted.

"After we put the kids to bed can I talk to you for a second?" Ramin wanted to figure out how  Sierra felt about him.

" Yeah sure." Sierra and Ramin headed to the kids room to help them get ready for bed. They said their good nights and walked out. " So what did you want to talk about Ramin?"

" The last few days we have spent together has been amazing.. I know we just kind of just came back in each other lives, but all those old feelings I had for you have come back. Between seeing you with the kids and singing with you on stage. I think I'm falling fro you Sierra. 

" It's funny you brought this up, I was just thinking about this last night. We certainly have been through a lot together. I would be lying If I said I haven't developed feelings for you as well.. I don't want to rush into anything, I hope you understand."

" I deserve that... well we can take it slow then, whatever you want."
