Coming Home ( Being revised)

Chasing Cars

Sierra got into her car and sped to the hospital, she was more worried about Ramin then about her own safety. When she got there she hopped out of car and ran towards the hospital doors. 

" Hello miss how can I help you?" The lady at the front desk asked her. 

" I just got a phone call about my fiancé, his name is Ramin Karimloo." The nurse looked at the charts.

" Oh yes, you must be Sierra, he is in surgery right now but should be out soon." 

" Okay thank you, can you tell me his condition." 

" He has a few broken ribs and a concussion." 

" Is he going to be okay? Please tell me he is going to be okay" 

" Yes, Miss. Boggess, he is going to be fine. He is going to need some recovery time.. Probably 2-4 weeks."

" Okay. Can someone just let me know when he is out of surgery?"

"Of course Miss. just have a seat over there and someone will be with your shortly." Sierra went over to the waiting area and took out her phone to text Hadley. 

- 20 minutes later- 

" Hello. Miss Boggess?" 

" Thats me." She stood up to talk to the doctor.

 " Ramin is out of surgery and is doing well. If you would like you can come back to see him." 

" Yes please." Sierra followed the doctor back into the rooms and sat down next to his bed. " Oh Ramin, I am so sorry that he did this to you. I promise he is going to be found and arrested and everything will go back to normal. Andrew is going to push back the viewing of the show so I can take some time off to take care of you." Sierra knew he wasn't awake but she felt better talking to him. She was trying to think of other things that she could do to comfort him.. She had a melody in her head and she softly started to sing it: Love never dies, love never falters, once it has spoken love is yours: 

" Sie, is that you?" Ramin slowly started waking up. 

" Oh my goodness, Ramin you're awake! I was so worried." She cried tears of joy. 

" Sie, I love you so much" Ramin tried to squeeze her hand but failed.

" Oh, Ramin, I love you too, I am glad you're alive." She kissed his head. 

 " Me too Sie, me too." 

-1 week later- 

" Welcome home daddy!" Hadley went up to his dad and hugged him tightly.

"Oh Hadley, I missed you so much." Ramin did not flench at the sharp pain he got when his son hugged him.

" Babe you need to rest the doctor said so got sit down please." 

"Ugh fine." Ramin made his way over to the couch and laid down on it, this couch was more comfortable then the hospital bed he was in for a week.

Suddenly there was a knock at the door. " I will get it" Sierra got up and walked over to the door." Omg Jaiden, are you okay? did he hurt you? Where did he go?" She took the kid into her arms and brought him inside before locking the door. 

" He did not hurt me mommy, he scared me though, he said he did it to teach my dad a lesson." Jaiden noticed his father was covered in bruises. " Daddy I am so sorry." 

" Oh Jaiden, I was so worried about you, I thought I was never going to see you again. I am so glad you are back." He hugged his son so tight Jaiden couldn't breathe. 

" I will call the cops and have them come over to talk to him." 

" Sierra do you really think that is a good idea? The kid just went through a lot of stuff and you already want to get the cops involved?" Ramin was furious. 

" I want this man in jail before he does something worse." Sierra was raising her voice at this point which she rarely does. 

" I will not allow the cops to come and talk to my son until he feels comfortable. and if you don't like it then leave."  Ramin immediately regretted what he had said. 

"Maybe I will, Sorry for trying to help." Sierra grabbed a few of her things and walked out the door. 

" Daddy is she going to come back?" Hadley looked at his father with sadness in his eyes. 

" I hope so... I should not have done that." 

" I would've talked to the cops, I want that man locked up too." Jaiden admitted. 

- At Hadleys-

" Hello Sierra, didn't expect to see you so soon." 

" Can I come in?" Sierra just really needed someone to talk to. 

" Of course, everything all right?" He was concerned about her now. 

" No, Ramin and I got into a fight and he told me to leave cause I didn't agree with him." 

" That is stupid.. Well you're welcome to hangout here if you would like" 

" Thank you, I need to make a phone call really quick." 

" Okay take your time." Hadley went up to his room to give her some privacy. 

Sierra took out her phone and dialed officer lewis's number, she needed to speak with him as soon as possible... 

" Hello, you've reached officer Lewis, sorry I cannot take your call right now. If you leave a message I will get back to you as soon as possible." 

" Hello Officer, this is Sierra, the kid has been returned safely." Sierra knew that she might regret this and lose Ramin over it but it was worth keeping everyone safe. 

A few minutes later she got a text from Ramin, " How dare you call the cops"
