Caught between two worlds (A/B/O dynamics)

Chapter 7

Sunlight streams through the window, casting a warm glow over the room. Naruto wakes up with disheveled hair and tired eyes, and sits on the edge of her bed, wearing a loose-fitting shirt and shorts. She takes a deep breath, her eyes still red from all the crying she had done last night, the blonde peels off her sweaty clothes and takes a shower.

While walking around her kitchen, Naruto wore a purple ditsy floral dress that reached just above her knees, her long blonde hair falling loosely around her hips. She was airing out the cabin enjoying the soft wind that came into the cabin.

Naruto walks down the path from her cabin to the lake, taking in the beauty of the scenery. Her bare feet gently tread on the patio, feeling the smoothness beneath her toes. The sun beams down on her, warming her skin and making her feel relaxed. She takes a deep breath, feeling the cool breeze on her face.

Naruto takes her seat on the patio, dipping her feet into the cool water. She sighs in contentment, feeling the soothing sensation of the water against her skin. She closes her eyes, listening to the sound of the waves and the birds singing in the distance. Take a moment to just enjoy the peace and tranquility of the lake.

Naruto took out her phone and looked at the pictures of her and Hinata, she felt so much pain yet how could Hinata the love of her life throw five years of their relationship away...or maybe it was a bluff in some reality that he said that to get a reaction out of her...it was a hope Naruto was holding into and it gave her the courage,

With her heart thumping Naruto gulped as the site of Hinata's name appeared, her finger hovered over the call button before pressing down, Naruto felt herself hold her breath waiting as ringing continued as she fiddled with her necklace.

"Naruto..." Naruto breathed in a heavy sigh as she felt her heart thump at the sound of his soft voice; she couldn't help but smile.

"Hinata, I miss you so much" Hinata's eyes widened as he felt his heart clench as he heard her voice.

"I-Hinata Baby hurry up!" Naruto's heart stops as she feels tears drip down her face onto her dress before Hinata can speak again.

Naruto ended the call unsure whether it was real but hearing him with another woman it seemed like the relationship was over...

Letting her tears fall once more, she heard footsteps coming towards her and quickly wiped her eyes as she turned around only to be caught in a hug by her mother and Mikoto, her godmother.

"Mother? Okaasan, what are you doing here?" The two women smiled as Kushina let go of Naruto to pinch her whisker cheeks while Mikoto still had her arms wrapped around Naruto.

"Naruto, darling! We thought we'd drop by for a visit. We brought some friends along. Isn't this wonderful?" Naruto stays quiet and looks at all the people going inside her cabin.

Naruto feels horrified but forces a smile, trying to hide her annoyance. She slid her feet off the edge and slipped on her sandals as she felt her arms being held by both women who enjoyed talking her ears off.

Upon entering the cabin Naruto sits on her couch, visibly irritated and annoyed. The adults wear fashionable clothing, and the kids seem energetic and boisterous

"Hey pops, Tousan. Sure, it's nice to see everyone." Minato gave her a bright smile while Fugaku gave her a slight one she couldn't help but giggle as she dragged both of them into a hug.

Throughout her trip, Mikoto expressed that she and Fugaku didn't mind being called mom or dad because they were her godparents.

So that's what she did in public, she would call them formal names but together they were Okasan and Tousan.
