About the story before we begin:
Your family is dead, and Zhongli found you at the tender age of 8, and has taken care of you secretly since you were rescued by him. Many years pass, and one day when you're 15, he comes back, severely injured, when you finally piece everything together: he's a part of the mafia group. After taking care of his injuries, you ask him to drop you out of school, and to train you to become part of the mafia. He makes a deal with you, saying that you must finish high school first, with good grades, before he will take you in. Now, you're 19, only a year since you've joined, and you're a rank 5 trainee, about to become an official member of the mafia. You're the youngest member to ever join the mafia, and you're also about to become the youngest to become an official member.

Those who want to become a trainee, must complete their first mission. Any who go from trainee to official member must have completed 15 missions, and those who want to go from official to manager, must win a duel against a manager, completed the fledges exam (Special Exam to see if you have common sense or not) and have completed 25 missions since becoming a official recruit.
