Charlie, Vaggie, and Angel Dust stare at her in shock.

"Wait, really?" Charlie asked, looking excited.

"I've worked at hotels before, so I have familiarity with them. Furthermore, I think your proposal is a brilliant idea. It's a major deal. Please allow me to be your helpful hand if you think this could aid those demons." Damari said.

"You really think so?" Vaggie asked.

"Yes. I picked up one thing from the book of Galatians; 'If someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently'."

Charlie grinned and hugged Damari.

"Oh, thank you, thank you! You're so sweet! And don't worry, I'll help find a way to get you back home safe and sound."

Damari looked up to her.

"You promise??"

"I pinky promise!" Charlie said, bringing out her pinky.

Damari smiled and linked her pinky with hers. This is going be an interesting adventure for her.

The limousine arrives at the hotel. As the hotel door opens to show a very old and run-down establishment, Damari grimaces at how deserted it appeared and makes a mental note to make a project design. She also will create a larger design to consider for the interior. Vaggie throws herself on the couch, facing the wall.

"Ugh!!" Vaggie groaned in annoyance.

Angel rummages through the fridge leaning by the wall and grabbing a box of Popsies. Damari notices the box is leaking, meaning the Popsies are melting. Angel couldn't care less and takes one out and licks it. Charlie sits on the crate, looking downcast. Damari frowns and sits down next to her, attempting to comfort her to which she appreciates it. Angel notices and attempts to cheer her up.

"Eh, it's probably a good idea to get some actual food in this place. Y'know, to feed all the wayward souls you got in here! Ahahaha! Ahaha...! eh... ah..."

Seeing that Charlie isn't laughing while Damari gives him a look that now isn't a good time, Angel closes the fridge door as he tries to comfort Charlie but decides to back off. Charlie gets up and exits the hotel. Damari feels that she needs help as follows after her.

Outside of the hotel, Charlie pulls out her phone and contacts her mother. She puts her phone up to her ear and hears it ringing for a second until it bleeps, showing that her mother is not answering. Charlie sighs and leaves a voicemail.

"Hey, mom. I know I keep calling and you must be busy... Really busy... But, um, the interview didn't go well,"

She shrinks to her knees.

"And... I don't know if I'm ever going to make a difference."

Charlie starts tearing up as she wipes it off her face.

"I don't know what I'm doing. I could really use some advice, mom. I... I think dad was right about me... Ahah, oof, eh, anyway..."

She wipes her face once more and stands up.

"I'll stop talking before this gets long. Love you, bye..."

Charlie hangs up and goes to walk in when she notices the door opens to reveal a concerned Damari.

"Everything okay? Sorry, I overheard you."

"It's fine..." Charlie said, glancing away.

"You know, I don't think you need get support from your parents and other demons there. You gotta start believing yourself."
