as the doors opened in front of (name), he entered inside, looking around the room while looking at some of the players that were already there, seemingly discussing to each other about something. probably who would be their teammates for this part of selection two as this part requires players to team up and be in teams of three.
even in a room of people, (name)'s eyes constantly wondered to one person that he loved dearly, rin. his sharp gaze looked around the room as he walked in, trying to find rin and possibly aryu as well as tokimitsu at the least. since they were his friends that he made at the first selection. he wanted to have a chat with them too.
soon he spotted rin and aryu, just waiting for another partner perhaps. aryu's eyes shined brightly when (name)'s figure got into his sight. he immediately waved (name) over while saying, "you've made it! that's so stylish of you!" aryu said loudly as (name) walked over, giving aryu a small smile and then thanking him for the compliment.
(name) then turned towards rin, he could see rin being cold as usual but he could see rin seemed to be glad that (name) made it pass, which made (name)'s smile brighten up a bit to see that rin still cared about him. (name) could even see the small shine in rin's eyes the moment rin spotted (name) in the room with people. they would always look for each other first.
it was no surprise that they teamed up, the three of them. rin, aryu and (name) obviously. once the screen showed their names, they went into another one of those really long dark hallways that (name) did not particularly like but whatever. it does not matter anyway, the thing that does matter is that they just want to get this over with. except aryu, who wanted to look stylish in the match as well.
the three of them waited in the room, for another team of three to enter and challenge them to play football but so far the teams that had entered were too intimidated by them to challenge so they would constantly wait for another team to challenge rather than them because they were the top three of blue lock currently.
but soon, a team of three consisting of isagi yoichi, nagi seishiro and bachira meguru entered the room. (name) did not exactly recognize them, nor did rin and aryu. surprisingly, the three of the challenged rin, aryu and (name). which was surprising in (name)'s opinion since from before, their team was not chosen to be played against as they were seen as too intimidating but here they were now.
(name) was super pumped to play though. even if his face was straight the entire time, he wanted to play with rin as a teammate not a puppet to be used like in the first selection. so today, (name) wanted to prove himself to rin that he could score too, that he was much more than just a puppet for him to use. (name) was sure that during this match, he would be able to prove himself as worthy to be seen as a teammate and a friend, not something to be used and played with.

the two teams entered the match area after a bit of arguing, they were the red team while the other team was the white team. it was a simple three by three game, the voice on the loudspeaker was explaining the rules as usual before they start the actual match.
(name) just stared at the three opposing them right now with hard eyes, he was really nice out of the field actually though he was really intimidating. but, when in the field of football, (name) has his super duper serious face on. he wants to win after all and he was quite determined right now as he tapped his foot on the ground, wanting the match to start as quickly as possible so that they could play already.
soon enough the match was going to start now and everyone got into their own positions, the red team was super relaxed it seems as aryu and (name) was still chatting with each other here and there while rin kept silent, though he was pretty relaxed as his stance made it quite obvious that he was not going to take his opponents right now very seriously.
after a bit, the speakers finally announced. "KICK OFF!"
