arriving at blue lock, (name) looked up at the tall building curiously while waiting for rin to come. or maybe rin had already entered? (name) was not so sure either but he waited for a while before hearing the sound of footsteps, his eyes lighting up when he saw rin there with his bag. rin did not say anything to (name) as he just walked ahead as (name) followed behind with a quiet huff of annoyance.

after the incident with sae, rin had changed a lot, which was an odd change for (name) but he knew that he could not do anything about it. but, he wanted to bring rin to justice because of what sae had done, so with a determined face, he and rin walked into the building. entering into a room filled with many other boys, possibly contestants or players of blue lock as well.

rin and (name) quietly stood as they both watch a very tall and skinny man, almost creepy walk up on the stage, introducing himself as 'jinpachi ego' before giving an entire speech of the purpose of creating this facility called, 'blue lock'.

ego kept on continuing with his speech without a care before finishing off with a simple thank you. it was completely silent before a boy with a sort of whitish hair raised his hand, saying that he does not consent to ego's explanation on what he had just said about japanese football. (name) went on his tiptoes to see if he could see the boy who had protested against ego or not, but that was difficult considering his short structure and there were quite a lot of tall boys here.

rin could not help but sigh at the sight of (name) doing tippy toes but he did not say anything, even though he did in fact recognize the boy as kira ryousuke. japans "national treasure". after a while, (name) ended up giving up and just continued to listen to ego saying for them to "lock off" because he just did not care at all if they did or not.

once again, ego finished on what he had just said but this specific boy kept trying to deny and protest against what ego had said. ego instead continued to use people such as noel noa as examples saying that what people in japan lack was ego.

soon enough, the doors behind ego opened up after he had finished his speech. many boys began running inside as if they were wild animals. all the boys ran passed ego, including rin and (name) who walked inside the open doors together.

the next part would be moving in to the blue lock building. rin and (name) sat beside each other on the bus in silence, with both of them having headphones plugged in. the silence was deafening for the both of them though there were some other players chatting with each other on the bus as well but for (name) and rin, the silence was peaceful.

soon arriving at the blue lock stratum, (name) and rin hopped of the bus before being greeted by a pretty lady with pinkish hair. calling out to the both of them before explaining a bit of the rules here. "your phones and wallets will be confiscated, and you will also receive this uniforms." she said while handing over two uniforms to the both of them first.

then rin and (name) handed over their phones and wallets for the time being. both rin and (name) looked at the letters and numbers on their uniforms, noticing they were at the same team, (name) was happy. giving rin a small smile before they both walked off to go find where their room is right now.

entering a room full of unknown people was not the greatest at all but at the least, (name) knew one person there. so they both quickly changed their clothings into the tight blue lock uniforms. for a while, the room was quite silent till ego appeared on the large screen in the room. "prepare and attack, this is not your ordinary game of tag." ego suddenly announced before a ball came out of the ceiling and bonked against (name)'s head. making (name) groan.

after a while, (name) noticed a mini chibi version off himself on the large screen, with his name and rank of there. (name) was pretty quick the shoot the ball to another person though, the ball hitting their legs, causing their mini chibi version to appear on the screen with their rank as well on there.

soon, after a series of dodges and kicking, (name) was getting a bit bored of continuing to just dodge the ball as if it were flees or bees. but, when rin's name as well as his chibi appeared on the screen, (name) was not surprised when there were people beginning to shout because they recognized rin's name. (name) was much more focused on rin though at the moment though he did listen in on the yelling coming from the other players.

"Itoshi? as in Itoshi Sae?!"

"Is he related to Itoshi Sae?"

"It must be great having a worldwide midfielder as a brother!"

needless to say the moment that last person said that it must be great having a worldwide midfielder as a brother, (name) could see rin's teeth gritt with frustration, it made (name) mad as well as he knew what rin had to go through.

not even a minute or second later, the ball was slammed loudly into the boys chest that said that last yell, causing him to be eliminated. the ball and the contestant fell to the ground as rin began to sass and speak in a cold voice to the boy. saying that he should not be compared to his "shitty" brother and that he was only here to defeated his brother.

(name) did not know what to say, should he comfort rin? or leave rin alone for the time being? (name) did not know at all, so he instead continued to stare at rin and the boy he had eliminated in silence while the entire room was silent as well. that was awkward.
