As Naruto was walking done a dirt trail in the forest he heard a sound in a bush.
*Snip* *Crack*
"Whos there!?" Naruto yelled to the bush but as he said that Sasuke came out of the bush.
"Ow!...mother-" a 6-year-old Sasuke mumbled the rest then he looked up and put a worried face on. "Dobe! Come quick Sakura broke her arm!"
"WHAT HOW!?!" Naruto yelled frantically and didn't see Sasuke's little smirk.
'What how did she even do god dam-!?'
"WHY ARE JUST STANGING THERE DOBE COME ON!?" Yelled Sasuke as he ran back to the village.
"I'm Coming!...sheesh."
Meanwhile with our real main character~
'I hope Lemon Head likes my gift. And I hope Ruby made it there.' A now 5-year-old Sakura thought as she ran to the meeting place.
Now what she got him was an orange scarf with a little Naruto on it. (like the food Naruto)
'Now just got to get it rap-!?' she was cut off cause she was falling downstairs that she did not see.
"OWWWWwww...?" she said/yelled when she stopped falling and looked at herself. 'Hmm nothing's wrong now the gift...wait where is the gift!?!' she thought as she frantically looked for the gift.
Then she looked at a tree.
'Oh..there it is.'
Then she climbed.
And she fell after receiving the scarf.
And broke her arm.
"OWWWW!!!"
Now back to the idiotic boys~
"Hurry up dobe!"
"I'm trying teme!"
Then they made it to Ichiraku they saw no one there.
'It's all going to plan..wait is that Itachi-niis hawk up there?' Sasuke thought as he looked up and saw a hawk.
"Hey hawk-san down here!" Sasuke yelled up to the hawk.
Then the hawk flew down with a letter in its beak and landed on Sasuke's arm.
And it read:
'Sasuke and Naruto come to the hospital. -Itachi'
"We gotta go to the hospital dobe." said as he walked and slowly started to run to the hospital.
"So to the hospital!" Naruto said as he ran and caught up and they ran.
5 mins later~
"Where is Sakura Dragneel?" asked both Sasuke and Naruto to the front desk lady.
"Oh..uh room 408 Naruto-san and Sasuke-kun." said the front desk lady.
Then they were on their way.
And up the stairs.
And in front of her room.
"Are you knocking or am I?" Naruto whispered to Sasuke.
"You."
"Ok..fine."
*Knock* *Knock*
"Come in!" they heard Sakura say on the other side of the door.
"Oi! Sakura-chan are you o-!?" Naruto was cut off.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY NARUTO/LEMON HEAD!!" Everyone yelled as they came out of their hiding spots.
"Huh!?" Naruto said confused as Sakura got out of the hospital bed with a splint on her left hand and a gift in her right.
"Here, happy birthday lemon head," Sakura said as she gave him the present with a big smile on her face.
'Best birthday ever!' Naruto thought with a big blush on his face.
Then the rest of the day went off without a hitch.
