Nightfall (Rangshi Love Story)

The Talk

Rangi's Pov

We walked to the waterfall area we found earlier this afternoon and found everyone was having fun, Kyoshi immediately jumped in causing a big splash earning her complaints but she laughed them off, I smiled at her antics.

Yun came up to me and asked if we could talk now and I agreed I couldn't keep putting him off. So we decided to walk Further away from the group. We found a large rock that had a beautiful view of the waterfall, I sat down while Yun stood.

"So have you decided when you'll tell kyoshi?" Yun asked, putting his hands on his hips and looking at me dead in the eye.

"Yun it's only been a few days, I need more time to think, okay." I said, not really wanting to speak about this.

"Rangi." *Sigh* "you can't keep hiding your feelings, you need to let go to be happy." He said turning to face the waterfall.

"Since when do you care about my happiness?" I asked, scoffing at what he said.

"Since one of my best friends feelings are involved, haven't you noticed that whenever your around, Kyoshi smiles more, her eyes light up whenever she looks at you." Yun said sitting down facing me.

"Yun just drop it, Kyoshi doesn't have feelings for me okay." I said standing up and walking back down to the others.

When we got back to the others, we saw they were racing with each other, why would they even do that, we all know Kirima is one of the best swimmers in our school. I decided not to join and just sunbath, Yun on the other hand, jumped right in.

"Hey, Topknot get in the water." Lek said, splashing water over to me but I was too far for him to reach

"Yea, come join the fun." Wan added, pulling Kyoshi down with him in the water.

"No thanks." I said going back to the book I was reading.

"Guys, leave Topknot alone, she's probably just afraid of the water, she needs a big hero to help her in the water." Kirima decided to speak up

"Yea or maybe she's just afraid she lose in race, such a sore loser." Lek said

'dont let them get to your head, don't let them get to your head, don't- oh what the hell.' I stood up, ran and dived elegantly in the water.

"Gooooo Rangi!!" Kyoshi cheered for me, thank god I'm under water cause if I wasn't my face would be burning.

*Time Skip*

We were all eating s'mores, sitting around the fire, well everyone except Kyoshi, she was still in the water just floating around. I would sometimes go and feed her some marshmallows, at first it was just to check on her but now I just kinda like feeding her, it's cute how her eyes light each time she bites the marshmallow or s'more. She also looks really beautiful under the moonlight in the water with her hair down just floating around.

"Kyoshi...Kyoshi....Kyoshi!" I called her name, I guess the water is affecting her hearing.

"Sorry what were you saying?" Kyoshi asked

"I was just telling you that we're leaving now so you gotta get out the water and dry up." I said handing her a towel

"Thanks." She said

I could hardly even hear her, I wasn't paying attention cause the only thing that's on my mind is her body, the way she effortlessly just walked out looking stunning with the water dripping down her toned body, I knew she was toned but I just didn't know to what extent. 'what I'd give to touch her right now.' I shook my thoughts away and walked to the bag we shared to pack our things away.

"Can you hand me my sweatpants that I brought with?" Kyoshi asked from behind me.

"Sure." I said, giving it to her and not looking at her otherwise I would just gawk.

We walked back to camp after Wan put out the fire. As we walked back, kyoshi's arm kept brushing against mine, I just wanted to hold her hand but I couldn't so I just made like I didn't notice.

We got back to the tents without waking anyone up surprising since Lek and Wan decided to joke around and they started walking as if they were drunk, honestly it was amusing but reckless we could've gotten caught.

I made Kyoshi change into comfortable sleep clothes so that she could have a nice rest because we will be doing activities tomorrow and these teachers just don't wanna give us a break.

"Goodnight Kyoshi." I said turning off the torch light.

"Night." She replied and all I wanted was for her to hold me.

So I kinda lost motivation to continue but I couldn't just leave the thing unfinished so I'll be trying again.

I've realized how I've been Writing Wan's name wrong, it's supposed to be Wong from the novels, not Wan the first Avatar, I apologise if any of you were confused, so from the next chapter on I'll be writing him as Wong and not Wan, again apologies
