Ebb and flow
Be chill, bro
Like the steady sway of the leaves in the breeze
The wave that gently moves the seaweed
Caresses in whispers and coaxes with ease
Let your mind just go with the trees

My mind is a flood,
And it's barely contained
Rushing and
Running and
Making a maze
My wave is a force
That crashes and
Burns
My mind sees no rest
It'll always churn

Ebb and flow
You should practice, without ease
Let your mind be the breeze
It'll follow the streams
In the wind with the trees
Hear the call of the birds
And the songs of the bees...
All you gotta do
Is rustle the leaves

All this talk of the breeze and the trees and your ease,

I prefer
A house with eaves
Get your head out the sand
Forget all these schemes
