Chapter 6:

*Kimberley's P.O.V.*

It was an hour after my laugh attack, and Audrina and the boys had decided to go to bed. I had tried to get to sleep, but it just wasn't coming to me. It sucks, because I am so tired. It's like my brain is screaming at me stay awake, but I wasn't sure why.

I sighed. This is so boring.

"Is anyone else awake?" I whispered into the darkness, not really expecting an answer.

"Yep." I heard from my left.

"Harry?"

"Yep." Okay... he's talkative tonight.

"I can't fall asleep." I whispered to him. We were all on the floor, where we had set up our pretend bed. It went Louis, Liam, Me and Audrina sharing, Zayn, and Harry and Niall on the other end.

"Me neither. I think I still have jetlag." He whispered back to me. Oh yeah, they had just gotten into Vancouver yesterday, and since they hadn't really gone anywhere (locked in their hotel room), they were still incredibly tired.

"Let's talk about something! We'll have to be tired eventually right? Or run out of things to talk about. In which we will fall asleep from boredom." I suggested quietly.

"Okay. But let's go where we won't wake up the boys, kay? They can get incredibly cranky if they are woken up. Especially this late... or erm... early?"

I nodded, standing up and leaving Audrina with the blanket, which she immediately grabbed and wrapped around herself whilst sleeping. Blanket hog.

Harry did the same, and we started towards the opposite side of the shop, choosing a random table and sitting. We hadn't cleared out the tables and chairs here, so at least we could sit down without being on the floor all the time. Sleeping on it was bad enough.

"So... what do you want to talk about?" Harry whispered to me quietly. I shrugged.

"Chocolate or vanilla?" I asked him.

"Erm... what?"

"Which flavouring do you like best? Chocolate or vanilla?" I repeated.

"Chocolate. And you?"

"Chocolate. Always chocolate." I replied with a smile. "Now your turn to ask a question."

"Okay. Cats or dogs?"

"Definitely dogs!"

"What?? Dogs! Cats are way better!" He whispered screamed, seeming shocked.

"No way!"

And we were off. We spent the next hour whisper talking to each other. It was weird, we seemed to get along really well. The earlier awkwardness had never seemed to have happened. We talked about everything and nothing, just getting to know each other and getting used to each other's presence. Soon enough, it was like I had known him all my life, like we were childhood friends and this was just a normal conversation. Like we were not under the circumstances we were in.

We quickly got off the questioning, and soon started telling stories. He told me stories of when he and the boys were on tour, all the funny things that happened to them. I told him stories from my life, mainly about school and my friends.

Everything went fine until he asked me a certain question.

"So, do you have a boyfriend?"

I stiffened. I had not had a great past with boys. I had had my heart broken countless times. I tried not to let it get to me though; the way I saw it, I could spend all my time worrying about it, or forget about it and be happier. When he asked me that question though, it brought back memories. Some I would rather forget entirely.

"No." I said quickly. "Not at the moment. My relationship is like... my purple unicorn. It doesn't exist. What about you? Any girlfriends?"

He shook his head. "Nope."

I'm not sure why, but I felt relieved at hearing those words. What is happening? I just met him today? Well... yesterday. But very recently. This is not good.

"Kimmy! Kimmy, wake up! KIMBERLEY!" I woke up to someone screaming at me, shaking my shoulders at the same time.

"Ungh. Nooooo... what time is it?" I asked groggily, lifting my head. Some rays of sun were coming through the glass, though they were diluted because of the huge amounts of snow piled up. Just enough came in that the café was lit up so we could faintly see each other.

"Eleven in the morning. Time to be awake!" Audi told me cheerily. I hate morning people.

I looked around the place a bit more, taking in my surroundings. Suddenly I sat up straight.

I had fallen asleep at the table last night, where me and Harry had been talking. I wonder if he did as well? I was alone at the moment. Audrina had left me promptly after waking me up, going down over to where the boys were sat drinking coffee. She sat by Niall. Hmm? Do I sense some feelings there?

I stood up completely, stretching my aching back. Sleeping hunched over at a table for eight hours was not good for your body.

I went and poured myself a cup of coffee, my senses immediately awakening at the scent of the amazing drink. I put in some milk and sugar, and took a sip. That's what I'm talking about!

"Has anybody checked if we have service?" I asked the six of them. They all nodded.

"We all did. Absolutely none. Zilch. Zip. Zero. It's like we're in the middle of nowhere, in a forest or something. Someone sucked away all the service." Audrina told me. Okay, I would have gotten it at 'no, there isn't any'...

Well, damn! What are we going to do now??
