"Okay which one?" Victoria asks Mia as she turns around to face her, holding two different tank tops in her hands. Mia looks up from the full length mirror she is sitting in front of to do her makeup. "Hmm I like the white one, with the flowers on it." She answers her and turns back to the mirror. "White one it is." Victoria says and puts the other top back. She turns her back to Mia and slips off the other top she had on and pulls the white one over her head before walking over to the full length mirror. She stands behind Mia and looks at herself in the mirror, and turning in different directions to see how the light washed ripped jeans look on her.

"You look so good." Mia compliments her and looks at her friend through the mirror with a smile on her face. "Yeah that's all thanks to you." Victoria smiles and leans down and places a kiss on the top of Mia's head. Mia scrunches her face up at the gestures and goes back to doing her makeup.

Satisfied with her outfit, Victoria heads to her vanity and starts on her makeup. The girls continue doing their makeup, occasionally talking over the music they had playing on Victoria's speaker. Victoria is just finishing up her eyeliner when Mia calls her over for help.

"Vic could you help me curl the back? I can't see that well." Mia asks and holds out the curling wand to her friend. "Sure." Victoria says and stands up and heads to kneel behind her friend. "How were you curling them? All away from your face?" She asks as she grabs the curling wand and grabs the section of hair Mia was talking about. "All away." Mia replies. Victoria nods and begins curling the hair.

Victoria only has a few strands of hair left to curl when the window to the fire escape opens up and in comes Alex. This being a normal occurrence to Victoria, she only glances up and then looks back at what she was doing.

"How are you guys not ready yet? Didn't y'all start getting ready earlier." He closes the window back up and locking up before throwing himself on Victoria's bed.

"We did, but we had Bridgerton playing and we would get distracted. Plus we're almost done. I'm only going to curl my hair a little bit and Mia just needs to change since I'm done with her hair." Victoria replies as she curls the last strand for Mia.

"Plus you can't rush perfection, Alex." Mia adds as she stands from in front of the mirror and goes to her bag she brought with clothes. "Whatever Mia." Alex rolls his eyes at her. Victoria only chuckles and shakes her head at them before starting on curling some of her hair. Her naturally wavy hair letting the process go by fast. "Alright I'm going to change into this, I'll be back." Mia tells them as she walks out of the room and heads to the restroom.

"How was work?" Victoria asks as she looks at Alex through the mirror. "Work was the same as always, it was busier today, but nothing too bad." He replies to her as he fiddles with the rings on his fingers. "Speaking of work, you know those shoes that are going to be coming out soon, the ones you liked?" Alex asks and makes eye contact with Victoria through the mirror. Victoria nods her head and maintains the eye contact as she curls the last strand of her hair.

"Well since,I, your amazing wonderful boyfriend not only works at a Nike store but is a manager at said store, was able to get exclusive access to preorder the shoes and ordered them just for you." Alex says with a smile on his face. Victorias eyes widen as she unplugs the curling wand and turns around quickly to make direct eye contact with her boyfriend.

"No fucking way." Victoria says, not believing him. "Yes fucking way babe, they get to the store next week." Alex replies and laughs slightly. "Oh my god babe!" Victoria exclaims and jumps up from the ground and jumps onto her bed where Alex is laying. He laughs at her and grabs her waist pulling her closer to him. Their faces are merely inches apart and both are sporting big smiles on their faces.

"Have I told you how much I love you." Victoria said as she runs her hand through his hair. Alex closes his eyes contentedly for a second before opening them and smirking at her. "Not in the last few hours no." Jokingly, he looks at his watch on his wrist. "You're an idiot." Victoria chuckles and moves her head down to connect their foreheads together. "Yeah, but I'm your idiot." Alex whispers to her and closes his eyes, enjoying the proximity of his girlfriend. "Yeah you are." Victoria whispers back and brings them closer by connecting their lips together. Alex responds to the kiss right away and depends it, bringing a hand up to the back of her neck.

Remembering that Mia could walk out of the bathroom any second, Victoria pulls back from the kiss. "I love you so much, you didn't have to get me the shoes." She says and moves to half lay on Alex and the other half on her bed. "I know, but I wanted to, you deserve it." Alex smiles and runs a hand through her hair. "Thank you. I love you." Victoria mumbles and leans forward to kiss him again.

"Guys come on, you can't keep it in your pants while I'm here." Mia complains as she walks back into the room, now in a different outfit that consists of a black crop top and light wash jeans. They pull away from the kiss, Victoria simply laughs at her friend and Alex letting out a groan. "Mia, you're still here. Was kinda hoping you flushed yourself down the toilet." He jokes. "Ha ha." Mia says with a straight face and then gives Alex the finger.

"Real mature guys." Victoria says as she gets off her bed to put her shoes on. "We should get going, it's 7 and Ezekiel said he's already on his way." Alex suggests and stands up from Victoria's bed and heads over to the full length mirror to check his outfit. He was wearing a white graphic t-shirt, blue jeans, and white Nike shoes.

"Wait, Ezekiel is gonna be there?" Mia asks from her crouched position in front of her bags. "Uh yeah, why wouldn't he be there?" Alex says nonchalantly as he fixes his hair. "Kind of hoping he wasn't, he drives me insane." Mia groans and stands up.

"You know there is some serious tension between you two, when are you going to do something about it?" Victoria teases as she sits down on her bed facing her best friend. Alex nods his head at what she says and takes a seat next to her on the bed. "There is no tension between us. I would rather choke than let anything happen between Ezekiel and I." Mia says defensively. "Come on everyone sees it, it's totally gonna happen." Alex smirks. "It's not, now let's go because I will barf if this conversation continues." Mia says and grabs her phone from the vanity.

"So dramatic wow." Victoria laughs and stands up from her bed and also grabs her phone from her vanity. Alex stands up next and soon the three of them are out of the room and out of the apartment.

"Whose car are we going in?" Mia asks as they reach the parking lot. "Mine." Alex responds and pulls out his keys and unlocks his car. "Great, so your our DD tonight. Victoria and I will be getting fucked up." Mia says enthusiastically and sends a wink towards Victoria.

"Oo great I have to deal with you drunk idiots." Alex said.

"Yes. Now let's go party!" Victoria cheers, causing Mia to cheer also and Alex to roll his eyes at them.

between mia and victoria and also how alex and mia interact
