***Recap***

Rose:  Kiss me, Sherlock.

(Sherlock didn't need to be told twice as he closed the gap between them, finally starting the soulmate bond.  As their lips touch, Rose feels sparks flow throughout her body.  Wrapping her arms around Sherlock's neck she pulls him closer to her so his body is flush up against hers.)

(The kiss begins to heat up between the mates.  Sherlock moving his hands to the back of her thighs, lifting her up so her legs are wrapped around his waist. As the two kiss, they didn't know that Rose had orbed them out of the still stopped elevator and into Sherlock's bedroom.  Her back now was pressed up against his closed bedroom door.  Finally the two had to break away to breathe.)

Rose:  Wow, I didn't expect that to happen on our first kiss.

Sherlock: Neither did I.  (noticing that they are in his bedroom now) It seems we're home now instead of the elevator.

(Rose smiles up at her mate, realizing he was right.)

Rose: It seems so.

Sherlock:  Let's go see if John's back.  There's a case to solve.

(Sherlock lowers Rose back to the floor but before she could leave the room, Sherlock grabs her upper arm gently stopping her from leaving.  Rose turns around only for Sherlock to give her a quick peck on the lips. The mates look into one another's eyes before sharing another quick kiss before hearing the front door slam shut, telling the two that John is now back.)

Sherlock (breaking the kiss): We shall finish this later, my dear.

(Rose couldn't help but blush at her mates words before the pair leave his bedroom, seconds before John enters the flat and before he could begin to ask questions.)

***Now***

(221B. John walks into the living room, taking off his coats. John sits down in his chair just as Sherlock walks out of his bedroom and Rose walked out of the kitchen a tray with tea for everyone.)

Sherlock: Not just a criminal organisation; it's a cult. Her brother was corrupted by one of its leaders.

John: Soo Lin said the name.

Sherlock: Yes, Shan; General Shan.

John: We're still no closer to finding them.

Rose: Wrong. We've got almost all we need to know. She gave us most of the missing pieces.

(The mates looks at John, waiting for him to agree. When John says nothing, Sherlock impatiently explains.)

Sherlock: Why did he need to visit his sister? Why did he need her expertise?

John: She worked at the museum.

Rose: Exactly.

John (finally catching up): An expert in antiquities. Mmm, of course. I see.

Sherlock: Valuable antiquities, John. Ancient Chinese relics purchased on the black market. China's home to a thousand treasures hidden after Mao's revolution.
