Rokan was exited while everyone waited in the Plaza as the sun was going down. Rokan couldn't contain his excitement as he transformed into his Super Saiyan form, ready and all fired up for action while everyone stared at him.
Vincent: Geez, are you really that excited for your Splatfest thing?
SSJ Rokan: If you grew up here, you'll know how much I love these events! I'm just so fired up right now!
Gohan: So... What happens when the sun goes down?
He turned back into his Base.
Rokan: Trust me. It's a hell of a freaking light show, you're gonna love this!!
As the Sun descended more and more before 2 Hours have passed and it was officially Night-time. Everyone waited for something to happen, but the city was pitch black, but Rokan was still exicted as he waited patiently for something to happen.
Rokan: Wait for it....
Vincent: What is there to wait for!? There's nothing-
Before Vincent could Finish, the Moon was full as the beams shined down on the city, giving the cue. Then multiple flashing neon lights lighted up like Fireworks as all the Lights in the City began to switch on rapidly like a chain reaction of explosions, as everyone was blinded by the light, except Rokan, before they all screamed loudly and covered their eyes in pain.
Shantae: My eyes!
Rottytops: My eyes!!
Vincent:
Rokan laughed in excitement as the City lighted up like the sun before the light faded. Everyones rubbed their eyes before they were completely speechless of the amazing and beautiful view they just saw. Fireworks were shooting to the sky as Neon Streams of Light were blasting everywhere as a Giant Stage was in the Center of the Plaza. And every Inkling and Octoling were at the Plaza, celebrating this special Festival of Color. No wonder Rokan loved the Splatfest so much!
