The next day I woke up rested at 8am. Unusual, but thanks to the jet lag, I was able to enjoy my first day in Monaco.

I decided to take a long shower and then go downstairs. As expected, the men were still asleep, I found Carlos on the couch. Unusual sight, but definitely not bad. Quietly, I tried to make myself a muesli, which only worked half as well as the idea was. However, when I accidentally dropped the spoon and it was probably heard through the whole house, I saw something stirring on the couch.

Oops... I sat down at the counter and picked up my phone and was scrolling through Instagram when I saw Carlos sit up in the corner of my eye. "Good morning" he grumbled and I looked up, he was just about to style his hair halfway neatly. "Good morning," I watched him amused, "how long have you left?" He shuffled over to me and made himself a coffee, since when did Lando have a coffee machine? After the coffee was finished, he sat down opposite me: "A good 2 hours to go"

Yawning, he took a sip. "And what does the internet say? New memes and dramas?" "That's half, I'd say." I put my phone aside, "There must be new data from the Mercedes," Carlos shrugged. "So far, we only own the upper midfield, soon we will also be interested in the big fiche, but not yet" "just wait Carlos, it won't be long," said a grinning Lando. "Good morning Ellie"

He gave me a kiss on the head. "Slept well tomorrow Lando?" he poured himself a juice. "It's unusual to have so many people under the roof, but yes" he grinned and sat down "I guess you'll have to put up with that from now on, at least with one more person" Carlos almost to his heart and sobbed "I understand that too Ellie" I stuck my tongue out at him "you can certainly stay as long as you want" Lando toasted in agreement and drank his glass. "So Ellie, what would you think of a day on the yacht?" I looked at my brother and thought, "My bikini..." At that moment the doorbell rang and Lando grinned "Just arrived" With these words he went to the door and let 2 men in with my boxes, who brought them directly to my room.

He came back and I nodded in unison "Well, then I'd like to come with you" I looked at Carlos "What about you?" He shook his head and leaned back "One of us has to keep working on the car, and since I'm flying again tonight, I'm working a little in advance" I nodded "I can't do anything about that, will we see each other today?" Lando got up and put his glass in the dishwasher "Sure, there's a little welcome party going on for you tonight" he grinned "Please what?" I looked at him with wide eyes.

He just nodded with a grin, "Yep, and that's why we're going to go to the one club where I've been allowed to DJ several times," I vaguely remembered the experiments Lando had started as a DJ. "As long as you don't hang up and leave me alone" I looked at him reproachfully, I also got up and put my things in the dishwasher "Then you still have me Elli" Carlos grinned at me.

I nodded confidently. "Well, then we can do that." You could only hear a contemptuous snort from Carlo's side, but I didn't mind. Sibling love was still the best love. "All right, then have fun, and that you don't sink into me" Carlos grinned and walked out of the living area. Lando and I met in the hallway half an hour later. Underneath my white summer dress I wore my favorite bikini, which I had quickly picked out of the boxes. At some point I would also have to take care of this... But not today.

This time we drove the blue McLaren so that we would arrive quickly and not all kinds of people would be there. In addition, another advantage that I would not be quite on the presentation plate, because this morning I had seen on Instagram that the big question was going around, who was the girl next to Lando.

It was crazy that no one knew me, but my parents had done a great job. So no one outside the family and close acquaintances knew that I existed. I never understood how they did it, the only thing I knew was that I had lived with it since I was little. Lost in thought, I hadn't noticed how Lando had parked the car and had already gotten out. I took my precautionary packed beach bag and followed him. A large Raffaello hat protects me from prying eyes.
