The rest of the flight was filled by planning and explaining the three McLaren men. I was quite absent, my head full of ifs and buts. I was thankful that Lando shielded most of the conversation from me. At some point, however, I joined them in order to get to know Zac better and to be able to assess him.

After a few hours we arrived in Brazil. The doors were opened and we went out. "The hotel is the same as always, I still have a few things to sort out, we'll meet tomorrow morning at the track" With that, Zac said goodbye. However, he turned around again and looked at me, "I will put certain people in the knowledge that we are welcoming an internal guest who asks for discretion. So that no information from you leaks out, after all, you should look around first" I nodded at him and followed Lando to the next van which takes us to Carlos and Lando's car. "We ordered you an Uber so you wouldn't stand out," Carlos explained, nodding.

When we arrived, everyone got into their designated mobile and we drove to the hotel. Lando and Carlos in their McLarens had a good time ahead of me and I only saw them being besieged by fans when I got out and entered the hotel. Sometime. Eventually, I would stand next to them and manage them. I straightened up and walked in to check in.

"Hello, how can I help you?" A tall blonde woman looked down at me with a smile. "I want to check in." I handed her a business card with data I had received from Zac. She looked at me and then at the map again. I know I didn't look like a top model or anything, and I definitely could have dressed better, which had only just crossed my mind. But fact is fact, this was my card and I would fight for my room if I had to. All of a sudden you hear a laugh and I realized it was Lando, I turned around

"Man Carlos, did that have to be?" I saw him wipe a liquid from his face and a grinning Carlos with a water bottle ran in behind him. "Of course, besides, it was probably the smoothest way to escape the fans." He closed the bottle and they arrived at my place, "Well, Ellie checked in yet?" The blonde raises her eyebrows as she notices that they are talking to me. "I'm just waiting for my card" With these words, I looked at her and tilted my head. She typed in a few more things and gave me the key card. "Here you go, woman...?" I ignored her question for my name and just thanked her and walked out of the entrance hall towards the elevator.

Carlos and Lando followed me for a few moments, "And what is your room number?" Carlos grinned, "Are you afraid we're too far away from you?" I felt caught, and shrugged my shoulders with a smile. "Maybe"

We were together quite high up on one floor. I found my room number and Lando and Carlo's room were just a few doors down. "So, I'll go freshen up first" Lando rolled his eyes. I just looked at him encouragingly and pretended to smell something disgusting, "I recommend it to you too, brother's heart" Carlos just laughed and I went to my room.

I closed the door behind me, it stretched a rather large, well-equipped room. It had been several years since I had been able to experience such luxury. With my eyes closed, I took a deep breath and walked towards the large window, through the high floor the view was breathtaking. There were many other large buildings, but there were also mountains. The sea was also visible. Sighing, I looked around. Shower. Exactly.

My suitcase had arrived and I decided on a white summer dress, hair and make-up were done and I looked in the mirror again. Just then, there was a knock at the door. "Ellie? Can we go?" I grabbed my purse and opened the door, in front of me stood a smiling Carlos "You look good" I spun once in a circle so that the dress whirled up and nodded to him in thanks, "Thank you, where is my brother?" Carlos rolled his eyes in amusement, "He's already downstairs and waiting" He held out his arm and I accepted it, "Then let's see what Brazil has to offer you"

Together we walked through the streets of Brazil, luckily it became quieter in the streets, as the sun was shining down on us quite strongly and we decided to sit down in a café. A nice man came up to us and asked directly for our orders. Carlos had a coffee Lando and I had a milkjack. "Pretty warm" Lando waved the menu to "Oh yes" I agreed with him and put my head back on the back of my neck. "No wonder, after all, it's midsummer here right now, and Lando, you don't have to complain, you're sitting here with long pants and a shirt. It's your own fault that you're cooking inside" Carlos looked at us amused. "Well, I've been in Denmark for the last few years, there is a completely different climate than here or Monaco" I looked at Lando and looked at Carlo's comment to him "I see it the same way" Lando just let out a gasp when our drinks were brought.
