                         AVANI'S POV

He took the sindoor and filled in my maang and then bindi.

I stared at him trying to decipher his expression on face..but hard to puzzle out.

He went to his bedroom.

I went to the kitchen and opened the fridge to take out the vegetables ..

I thought about making jeera rice with dum aloo-methi curry.

I prepared the rice and made curry batter then added potatoes ..

I heard my kanna crying .
I washed my hands and ran to kanna.

I took him in my arms and sat on the couch . He's  just staring at me with his black eyes and cooing softly..

I started talking to him in baby language.. those words don't even have any meaning ..he didn't understand those words .but started to smile , throwing out his legs and arms on my lap with smile.

I placed the baby on swing  and went to the kitchen to switch off  the stove ..

I went to Mr.Roy's bedroom and saw him working on a laptop..
"Dinner is ready"- I said and came to my kannaiya..

I played with him and after good 20 min Mr.Roy came out of his room with his tee and tracks.

I ignored him and started to talk with my kanna.

Mr.Roy came and sat beside me on couch , taking baby from me.

I stood from the couch after giving him kanna,and placed the dinner on dining table..

Mr.Roy came to eat and i served him standing beside .

He glared at me and said " sit and eat".

I sat and filled my plate. In the middle of dinner  I cleared my throat and asked "SIR. Is my brother is out of bankruptcy??"

"hmmm"- he said  in the middle of eating  without  glancing at me.

I sighed in relief and ate..

I took curdrice and he asked me to serve it.

Mr.Roy ate , then went to kanna ..
I cleaned the table and got my work done in the kitchen.

I remembered nurse telling me to practise Kangroo care method.

I thought about it and went to Mr.Roy.

                  AUTHOR'S POV

"Remove your shirt  Sir. I'll come in 2 min" - avi said and walked towards her room.

"Huh!!What? Remove my shirt .. what is she up to?"- Akash's innervoice.

She took cotton cloth from inside her room and stood beside Akash in the next minute.

"Sir. Remove your t-shirt , the nurse told me to do the kangaroo care "- she said.

"Ohhh! That's the reason why she said to remove my tshirt"- akash's innervoice.

He  went to his bedroom. He removed the chain and tshirt and placed them on the corner of the bed then leaned to the headrest of the bed.

Avi lowered her gaze looking at his pecs, hard abs , forearms  and his wide shoulders .. resembling Greek god..

She then came back from her thoughts and saw akash who's already glaring at her .

She felt awkward when akash caught her up staring at his body..

She stood beside akash holding the baby lowering her gaze to the floor.

"Give baby to me "- he said.
