Mine ~ Chris Sturniolo

Part 15

I tore the tape off the box. The words "FOR DIANA" written on it. I didn't have much family. Well that I knew of. I never knew my mom or my dads parents. Not any of their siblings. I miss mom. She was my everything. I took some time to stare at the box before opening it. Maybe it's a bomb. Maybe it's a snake waiting to jump at me... Okay Diana stop stalling. Just do it.

"I can't do it." Stalling was the only thing to do. "Just open the damn box, Ana!" Chris blurted from behind me. "You're more excited to see what's inside than I am." I said, with a chuckle. Okay, fine. I'm doing it. My hand stretched out to see the contents of the box and- "Oh my God." "No fucking way." 

Chris' POV

How can I girl look so beautiful? All she's doing is opening a package and I find her so stunning. She's got to be the prettiest girl I've ever met in my life. Her gorgeous eyes, her lips, her voice, her soft hair, her style, her everything. Just, everything. She's so entirely gorgeous. 

"Oh my God." she said, staring t the boxes contents, "No fucking way!" her eyes lit up in the direct sunlight coming from the window. "Surprise," I said, smiling at her, "You like it?" I asked nervously, she hadn't said a thing which made me nervous to see if she liked it or not "I love it." she smiled back at me and stood up right in front of me. Our bodies were inches apart at this point. 

She gave me a big long hug. "Thank you Chris" she whispered in my ear, "You're welcome, Ana," She pulled away to pick up what was in the box. Yesterday when we went shopping she saw these really pretty heels that she stared at forever. She said that maybe one day she could buy them because she wanted to save her money or something. While she was driving us to Walmart, I ordered them online and had them delivered to the house. 

Her eyebrows furrowed and she looked into the box again. "What's this?" she picked up an envelope with her name on it. "Open it and see," I said, waiting patiently for her to open it. She carefully pulled the letter out of the envelope.

Dear Diana 

You mean everything to me. Anyone on this world would be lucky enough to have someone like you in your life. Thank you for always being there for me, for being my favorite person. Diana, I don't even know what I would do without you. Every time you walk into the room I feel cartwheels in my stomach. Every time you touch me, talk to me, smile at me or even just look at me I feel those same cartwheels in my stomach. I know for a fact that you're the most beautiful girl I have ever met in my life. Meeting you was like listening to a song for the first time and knowing it would be my favourite. 

I love you with all my heart Diana Russo. Will you be my girlfriend?

"Yes." she looked at me, "Yes, Chris, I'll be your girlfriend." She jumped into my arms and I tspun around, "Yes!!!" I chuckled and gave her a small kiss on the cheek, "I love you Diana" "I love you too Chris"

Sorry I haven't posted in so long bbgs 😕😕 I've been so busy with a lot of stuff. I'll try posting more often through <3
