Three days he was in full discomfort and stress. He thought that after knowing that he was attracted to a man, the feeling would go away, because according to norms that was forbidden, a wrong thing to even think about. He has heard about some tales and neighboring kingdom stories where few loves of same gendered couples having a happy ending while few were burned to death. But each and every second all he felt was overwhelming desire to see those eyes again.
That night after coming back from the market, his thought was totally different from what it was few hours before, all he could think about were those eyes and that sound of his laugh.
"Hyung" the king called his cousin who he saw walking in the corridor.
"Yes your majes-"
"I told you not to call me that"
"You are a King now, I can't disrespect you like because I am your friend and cousin"
"It's the King's order, call me majesty again and I'll have to put you in the prison"
"You brat, fineee... tell me TaEkHyUnG!"
"Geez...just my name, don't go around shouting "brat" whenever you see me" Taekhyung replied chuckling while Hajoon rolled his eyes.
"So tell me? what is it?"
"I want your help hyung" he said, getting some spirit seeing his brother nod his head ready to hear what help he wanted. "I want your help to find someone. I just know how he looks and his name. That's all. Ah! he has a sister too...that's all"
"Hmm...what's his name? did the poor fellow commit some treason? Why are you finding him?"
"His name is Junghoon, and no he did not commit any crime, just please find him for me"
Hajoon looked at the man in front of him weirdly..."for him?", it seemed as if he wanted to find the unknown person so desperately.
You ask what is the Kings new hobby when he is not busy with the Kingdom duties? It's visiting his "beloved's" home. Junghoon and his family lived in the border areas of their kingdom and at first when Taekhyung was sneaking to the property, he got caught by the puppy which thought it would be perfect to bark loudly at him.
He was nervous if they would identify him as the king but to his surprise, none of the three identified him, even though Junghoon was looking at him with a bit of suspicion, but he effectively made them believe that he was a new citizen and was living nearby.
He visits them almost daily, wearing his cape till he is away from the city center where he can be identified immediately. Junghoon's mom was a lovely plumpy cute woman who was a baker. She made excellent food and she took liking to the "bear" like cuddly boy because he always praises her cooking. He was now always welcome there, that's how close they were.
