"WHAT!!!"
"Who the fuck is that guy?""Tae calm down son. Nothing happened okay? Mrs. Jeon. Jimin and Jin were there with Jungkook and now he is okay"
"But its our wedding today and that person had to spoil my baby's mood in the morning itself?"
"C-can I call him, he must be feeling so bad mom, please!"Hana looked at his son who stood there looking handsome as ever. The two weeks were over and the day of the wedding had come. The couple's phones were snatched and they weren't even allowed to talk to each other for the past four days, even if it made them so mad and restless, the thought of the euphoria of seeing and hearing each other's voice after a "long" time made them a bit calm.
Coming to the present day.... one hour before...
"My baby, you are still our small lovely son okay? You can't just act different now that you are getting married" Mrs. Jeon said, almost crying in the process while Jungkook was trying not to spill his tears hearing his mother. Getting a hug and few words from his father was itself making him sniffle and his mother on other hand is literally bawling her eyes out and he is afraid if the makeup artist would be mad if he spoils the makeup by crying.
But the small and lovely family talk came to a stop when someone cleared their throat...
"Oh my god! son...how have you been? It's been so long...forgot about Korea when you settled in London huh?" Mrs. Jeon asked the man standing by the door. Looking very handsome and dashing in his all black suit. Hair was swept back, charming smile and well built. Lee Jinsung, childhood friend of Jungkook. Son of their family friend. Moved to London years ago and never came back, but does have contact with everyone back home. Even when Jungkook moved to Seoul they were so close talking with each other in their phone...but eventually grew out as the distance between them increased. (hope you guys remember him from the starting chapters).
"Ah! Aunt, what can I do....four years of study and then years of work. It's been quite difficult" he said, still not taking his eyes off Jungkook, who was a bit shy. His introverted nature coming out after seeing his friend after all these years. They were best buddies, but its been years since they even talked properly and he does not know how to even start a conversation with him let alone talk about something serious. His sadness or anger was long gone, he just missed his friend.
"You both catch up...I have to reach the venue right now." Saying this Mr. Jeon took hold of grandma's hands and slowly made their way patting the boy's shoulder welcoming him and going out to reach the venue while Jungkook was decided to reach there with his mother.
Jinsung came forward, eye contact not breaking with the younger as Jungkook was smiling, not really saying much to the elder.
"Koo" he called out fondly, hands reaching to hold the soft ones of the younger as Jungkook's eyes filled with tears seeing his friend after so long.
