Backstory: her family realized her power when she was young, so they handed her over to the government. She had some friends there and loved a guy named Jack who was killed in there. So she took the lives of those that stepped in that building. She then heard of the Outcast protection program, and she was supposed to go in there but the killing purge took place. Years pass by and she was old enough to get in the program as the first tester to try it out with Ellen. Selene recruited outcasts all over the world to get them a place to stay and then the main casts was set.
