Great!! First day of highschool and I get to share the same class as the most beautiful boy on this planet. Definitely looking forward to this year.

I'm Shinchan Nohara. 16 year old. I am bisexual and in love with my childhood bestfriend. Him...not very much. When did it all start? Maybe ever since I knew him? I don't know. All I know is I love him so damn much and there is nothing in this world I wouldn't do for him. As cliché as it sounds. I really do mean it. I mean look at him! So handsome, so smart, so talented. How can one not love him? Unfortunately though, he is most likely straight. Even if he wasn't, for him I'm his annoying childhood friend who he has to put up with because even though he won't admit it to my face, he loves me....as a friend. And it will be that way no matter how much I wish it wasn't.

I don't mind being just his friend. Being around him is more than enough to make me happy. But to think that one day he'll get a girlfriend and won't spend that much time with me hurts. I'll cherish this year because next year we'll have our classes reassigned and what are the odds we end up in the same class again?

Kazama had gone to a different junior school that was for rich kids. I'm guessing he missed us too much and decided to be back to the public school. I was already over the moon knowing he will be in the same school as us again. I cannot put into words how excited I was to be back at school when I found out he will also be in the same class as me.

I grabbed Kazama and brought him to the class. "Where do you wanna sit?" I asked excitedly. "Anywhere that's not around you." He sighed. "Wrong answer! You're sitting right next to me" I said smiling. You may think he is very rude to me but that's just how we are since we were kids. He knows I don't mind it and that's why he does it.

I saw some old friends of mine from junior school and introduced them to Kazama. I was surprised to see Nanemi who was a very close friend of mine and the only person aware of my sexuality. I had found him with his then-boyfriend-now-ex when we were 14 and he was very scared so to calm him down I also came out to him hoping he would feel better. We are pretty much eachother's comfort zone when it comes to talking about our sexuality or our love life. He was very excited to meet Kazama who he had heard about so much from me.

"Hello Kazama!! I'm Nanemi Uzui. I've heard a lot about you." He says smirking. "And about the other three" I added, kicking Nanemi's foot to shut him up. "Oh! So you do have other friends besides us? Thats good to know. You won't bother me too much." Kazama smirked. "He was actually quite popular in junior school. He got many gifts and letters on his birthdays and many girls had a crush on him." Nanemi defended me. "Oh? Is it? That's surprising." Kazama said flicking my forehead. "Hey!! It hurts!" I overreacted.
