"I've never been to a pirate party before.." Carina said nervously stood on deck in a dress, she and the other women on board had found new outfits in the hold earlier in the day. "It's just like a normal social gathering but with a lot more rum." Henry said smiling. "Carina, you look beautiful." Hector said approaching. "Thank you father." She said with a smile. "Turner." The old pirate looked at the man currently courting his daughter. "Captain Barbossa." Henry said with a nervous smile. "How are you on this fine evening?" He added nervously. "Very well..." Barbossa said through gritted teeth before Ruby rushed onto the deck, she was wearing a blue dress with a white trim. The colour of the dress looked like the ocean, and she had managed to work her hair into a fancy up-do exposing her tanned neck. She really was a stunning woman. She had a flush in her cheeks that told everyone she hadn't stopped rushing around all day. "Right. Places. Scrum music!!!" She yelled before rushing off to the Captain's cabin.

Banging on the door she finally was allowed entry to her parent's room by her father who was pulling on his jacket. "Woahhhh you actually bathed?" Ruby said walking in slowly. "Aye." He said turning and placing his hat on his head. "Wow." She said with a smile. "You scrub up well Papa." "Thank you little Sparrow." Jack wandered over to an old piece of furniture and rummaged around in a drawer before pulling out a box. "What is that?" Ruby asked inquisitively. "A gift for your mother. If she had just held her tongue this morning it could already be on her hand but she likes to jump the gun a little." Jack said pocketing it. "What? Can I not see it?" "Not until she does." Jack said with a smile and Ruby nodded. "Right come on..." she yanked him out his cabin and when he emerged on deck, his eyes widened. "What is going on?" He asked. "This is your anniversary party." Ruby said proudly. "You did this?" Jack looked at his daughter with a smile. "With some help.." Henry cleared his throat at this. The crew had stood in a line to greet their captain. "Ok with a LOT of help." Ruby added smiling. "Thank you darling." Jack said before he rushed off to greet his wife. Ruby let out a large sigh of relief as Jack wandered off. "Phase one..." she said grabbing a bottle of rum from a nearby barrel that resembled a bar with multiple bottles. She popped the cork and took a large swig.

Jack made his way down shrugging his coat on his shoulders and neatening his shirt collar before knocking loudly on the cabin door. "Angel?" He said in a charming voice. "What is it Sparrow?" Angelica had changed and put the beautiful dress on that her husband had provided their daughter with and was sat nervously playing with her hands. "I ummm thought perhaps you'd care to celebrate our anniversary with me, your beloved?" He asked quietly. " and what makes you think that?" Angelica spat back. "Well we are man and wife.. and that is what is generally custom?" Jack said leaning on the door. "And the small fact you love me and I love you." He added cheekily. She rushed up and opened the door, the clumsy Captain fell through and landed on the floor with a loud thud making his wife smirk. He quickly grabbed his hat and stood up. "Hello Luv." He smiled and she bit her lip. "Jack... you forgot our anniversary." She said sadly. "I did not forget. I was waiting for the opportune moment..." he said reaching into his pocket and pulling out a small box. Angelica's eyes widened. "You had me stewing all day?" She said looking up at him through her long eyelashes. "Well you didn't exactly give me a chance to explain myself earlier today did you luv? But now that we are on better terms.." Jack opened the box and showed off a sparkling Emerald ring. "Oh Jack!" Angelica giggled like a teenage girl. "Give me your hand luv..." Jack pulled the ring out the box and discarded it before placing it on her hand close to her engagement and wedding rings. "Jack it is beautiful." She said gushing. "I'm glad you like it.." he smiled proudly. "Is it officially yours or did you steal it Sparrow?" "You wound me Angel..." "Sparrow." "I bought it fair and square from a trader a few ports back." Jack said proudly. "I love it." Angelica said pulling him in for a passionate kiss.

"What in the world could be taking them so long?" Ruby said tapping her foot. She was in a dress and did love getting all dressed up but felt vulnerable on the ship. She felt she should be ready to battle any moment, but this was a special occasion and she knew how much it would mean to her mother that everyone made an effort. Even the crew had scrubbed up well and donned their best clothes. As always, Aunt Elizabeth glowed and Uncle Will couldn't take his eyes off her. "Do you really want me to answer that knowing your father?" Henry said from beside her. "Ewwww" Ruby said poking her tongue out at the boy. "You could be getting a sibling!" Henry added "Oh pleaaseeee stop!" Ruby said throwing her hands over her ears when Thomas approached. "Master Gibbs." Ruby said with a smile. "Miss Sparrow.. may I say how radiant you look on this fine evening. The beauty of the stars are nothing compared to you." He took her hand and kissed the back of it. Ruby's eyes widened, Carina swooned whilst Henry pretended to vomit over the side of the ship. Deciding to just enjoy the evening and not dwell on the newest crew member acting a little strange, Ruby smiled and responded politely, "Why thank you. How very kind of you to say." Thomas moved to stand beside Ruby, as Jack and Angelica slowly made their way onto the deck.
