Lord of the Sea (slight beguang)

Late at night Beidou was on her ship, within the vast sea just 10,000 miles from Liyue and 20,000 miles from Inazuma.

The water was untame, and the 16 year old directed the ship as if the water was part of her, the sea is her favorite place. But she lnew deep down there was something wrong with the water. Her team had no visions except for her adoptive son Kazuha, and he was already below deck sleeping.

A big splash soaked the 16 year old captain she then saw a massive hydra erupt from the waves. There he was, in all his size and terror, Haishan, she monstrous sea dragon Beidou wasn't expecting to find.

With a fire in her soul sparking with courage and determination to win against this dragon she grabbed her claymore, but the creature had shaken the boat, breaking the crows nest off the top of the sail's post.

"Shit this is it... We're gonna die here.." Juza said full of fear.

Beidou protested waves growing more and more fierce and difficult to sail through, but the young woman didn't give up. Her desire to prove herself to be strong and believing that defeating this monstrous creature would remove her so called "curse" and put purify her soul.

Meanwhile in the jade chamber Ningguang who was already the Tianquan at 17 was nervously pacing around, she heard Beidou was out sailing, no matter what happens Ningguang always worried about her lovers' safety.

Beidou on the other hand seemed fearless, her headstrong personality allowed her to keep awake and fight for what seemed to be endlessly, She was entirely fueled on adrenaline and the will to protect her crew even if it costs het life kept her going. She didn't give up, she didn't Yeild.

When all hope seemed lost, and all else seemed to fail, Beidou kept swinging her weapon to deflect the attacks, somewhere in the scuffle her eye was cut by a flying object, but she didn't give up. The blood impairing the vision on her left only sparked her determination to win. Most her crew was now below deck because they felt incredibly sick from all the movement, it was so bad some of the sailors with the strongest guts were vomiting.

3 days have passed and the battle is on its 4th day, Beidou was exhausted, all she could think of was getting home to Ningguang after this.

"FUCK! JUST GIVE UP ALREADY HAISHAN! I NEVER YEILD YOU KNOW!" She yelled as she jumped of her boat and scaled the dragon's neck, she took a final swing and decapitated the beast, killing it. As the waters calmed lightning struck, it burnt Beidou's left eye and part of  her left arm and chest. She fell into the water only to be pulled out by Kazuha, Juza and Faruong working together.

Juza yelled to little Yue. "GET THE DOCTOR ON THE SHIP! THE CAPTAIN IS INJURED!"

Little Yue ran and came back with the doctor who cared for Beidou's wounds. The next morning Beidou awoke, her eye wrapped with cloth and her chest following to her shoulder, she was sore but was able to move, once the ship was anchored in Liyue harbor Beidou jumped off her boat, and ran to the jade platform that takes her to the jade chamber. She now had a vision hitched onto her waist, and she hadn't noticed yet, she was too focused on greeting her girlfriend, showing she was okay.

Ningguang instantly felt relief when she heard her loud captain enter.
"NING!" Beidou shouted to figure out where Ninggung was, Ningguang was in her office when she responded, her white hair in a loose braid as it was early and she didn't have any meetings that day.

"Beidou? Are you okay?! You're so beaten up!" Ningguang asked.

"I defeated Haishan, and yes I'm fine." Beidou smiled.

"There's a vision on your hip." Ningguang pointed out, Beidou was astonished that she had been given approval from Celestia.

"What the fuck? That's so cool! No wonder why I was hit by lightning after I killed Haishan!"

"YOU WHAT?!" Ningguang checked her girlfriend's body feeding concerned.

"I'm fine now, don't worry!" Beidou reassured Ningguang and gently kissed her on the forehead, although the Tianquan decided to pull Beidou in for a kiss on the lips.

Beidou's face flushed red as she pulled away. "I was not expecting that.." Beidou muttered softly, unsure how to feel about the kiss, she liked it but at the same time she didn't expect it. But she would do it again if she had the chance.

Ningguang smiled and continued her work, her tired captain going to Ningguang's bed to sleep, she enjoyed sharing a bed with her girlfriend when she was at the jade chamber. With that Beidou slept, knowing she was now under the title "Uncrowned Lord of the Oceans"

A small smile traced on her lips as she slept peacefully, her inner flame now gone to a small ember in order to let the captain rest uninterrupted.
