"Pour some alcohol on the wound, that'll get rid of any bacteria from the wound," Beth tells Carl. "And then take this knife and remove as much of the bullet she'll as you can-"

"Erm... I don't think that's a good idea Beth" you reply, taking the knife out of Carls hand and giving it back to Beth. "I think Carls done enough damage for one day!"
