Usual Morning

It was your average morning, you wake up and then you do your own thing. I was slowly getting tired of the same routine, especially since I knew someone was always trying to wake me up on time.

As expected, I could already hear him running towards my enclosure, even though I'm far from him and his friends, he still manages to find his way to me.
   
"Mady! Wake up!" shouted Alex

"Alex, leave me alone before I claw your eyes out!" I said in a angry but sleepy tone

"Aww come one, you don't mean that!"

"And only my friends can call me 'Mady', you can only call me Madison" I added
   
"I thought we were friends?"

"No, we're not. Now leave!"
   
As he jumped out of my enclosure I looked at the clock from afar and there was still some time before opening but then realized I was late for a meeting with my friends, so I rushed over to their usual hangout spot, and as I approached, they were smiling and waving at me.

"Well look who's awake" said Skipper

"Yeah, thanks to a certain showboat" I said

"The hippie?"

"Yup, anyway, what's the plan for tonight?"

As Kowalski gave the rundown of our plan for tonight, I heard a sudden scream come from the northeast corner, and I knew that it was the showboat most likely waking up his friends. I disregarded him and focused back on Kowalski.

As Kowalski was finishing up the plan, the bells suddenly rang, I ran back to my enclosure as kids were running into the zoo. I could see from a distance the showboat getting ready for his "performance" if it can even be called that.

I mostly just stayed calm and did a little hunt show for the kids. The kids may have enjoyed it but I didn't, I couldn't wait for tonight to finally leave this place.

As the bells rang to let the humans know that it was closing time, I could see Kowalski giving me the signal to let me know it's almost time. As humans came by with dinner, I was fed a variety of berries, which I enjoyed the most.

After dinner I went over to the penguins and it was time.
