A/N: I'm back!! And Kronos gave me time! LET'S GO!!! It's only been a few days since I published the A/N about my sister and I already have like 330 reads! Thank you so much for reading my work, it means so much to me!! So this is part 2 of Tyler and this is where it gets a little more interesting....*evil laugh*. Hope you enjoy!

Turns out "Camp" was a strawberry field. With lots,of other stuff. From the top of the hill Annabeth and I stood on, I could see a lava wall, an armory, a mess hall, and 12 cabins that sat in a "U" shape.

"Welcome to Camp Half Blood." Annabeth said, breathing in the fresh air. She walked past a large pine tree and as I did, I felt a strange feeling. Annabeth led me down to one of the cabins. It was a dull brown color and had what I remember as a caduceus hanging over the entrance. There was a plaque on the door that indicated that this was cabin 11.

Annabeth knocked on the door. A boy wearing an orange shirt came out "Hey Annabeth!" He exclaimed. "Who's the new guy?" Annabeth looked at me. "Oh!" I said, realizing she wanted me to introduce myself. "I'm Tyler Boxfield," I said holding out my hand. The boy clapped it playfully. "I'm Connor Stoll," he said with a glint in his eye. "Cabin leader." Annabeth chuckled beside me. "You'll want to keep an eye out for this one." She said.

Connor gasped. "Did I just hear Annabeth Chase laugh?" He asked. Annabeth's smiled faded when she processed the words. "What's wrong?" I asked. She smiled sadly. "You remember my boyfriend I told you about, right?" It then dawned on me that Annabeth was probably heartbroken, and yet here she was, holding it all in to get me situated at camp. She turned back to Connor. "He's not claimed yet. He can stay with you guys until his parent claims him." Connor nodded and signaled for me to come in. I walked inside and said "goodbye" to Annabeth. She waved to me and started to walk away, but at the last second, I could see tears forming in her eyes.

The campfire after dinner was amazing. We sang songs, laughed, the fire was CRAZY, and for the first time, I felt like I belonged. At the end of the tradition, Annabeth went to the center of the circle and spoke. "Progress on Percy Jackson," she said. Percy Jackson. Was the boy everyone was looking for? Annabeth continued, "None. But we are still looking for the boy with the missing shoe. Also, I would like everybody to give a Camp Half Blood welcome to our newest camper, Tyler Boxfield." She looked up at me and everyone cheered. I smiled awkwardly. Suddenly, a bright red boar's head appeared above me."

Everyone in the camp gasped. "All hail, Tyler, son of the god of war, Ares." The man—er—centaur I knew as Chiron said. Campers raised their fists and called my name. I smiled. These were my people.

I stared up at the ceiling of the Ares cabin. It had only been 24 hours and my life had changed so much. I was a demigod. A child of Ares. And maybe a little bit in love with Annabeth Chase. I know, I know, the boy she's looking for is probably her boyfriend, but who knows? Maybe he's her half brother? I don't know, but a guy can dream, right?

Turns out I can dream. Horrible, horrible dreams.

A boy with dark hair stood with his back to me. Two monsters circled him. Both had aprons on with name tags which I couldn't read. The boy, who looked the same age as me, held a glowing sword in his hand. One of the snake-haired monsters clawed at him, but instead of cutting him to the bone like I had anticipated, her claws bounced right off of his skin.

"Run!" I wanted to call out to the boy, but I couldn't move. I couldn't speak. I didn't even know if I was breathing. The boy turned towards me anyway, staring straight into my eyes. "Who—"

He was cut off by the monster, who had taken the distraction to her advantage. The boy swiped her away and with one last look at me, he ran. The monsters chased after him. I wanted to help. I wanted to run after him and kill the monsters.

I awoke in a cold sweat. I decided to get up and explore the rest of camp. There was no way I could sleep after that. I headed out of the cabin and immediately spotted the lake. I walked down to the water. I heard soft sobs, and out of the corner of my eye, I saw a figure curled up on the edge of the dock. I approached the person slowly and sat down next to them.

In the dark, I could barely make out Annabeth's soft blond curls. "Annabeth?" I whispered. Stormy gray eyes looked up at me. "Tyler," Annabeth said, wiping away tears. "Sorry, I just, um, come down here to think sometimes."

I nodded. "What are you thinking about this time?" I questioned. Annabeth sighed. "Percy," she admitted. I bit my lip. "Who exactly was Percy?" I asked.

Annabeth stared up at me. "He-he was the kindest, bravest, most loyal person I have ever met." She said with intensity and truth. "He was the best boyfriend I could ever have asked for. He gave up so much for me. And he would give up more. And that is why you see me crying. That is why you see me trying hard every single day to get him back. Because he deserves the world. Not to be some pawn in somebody's stupid scheme. Not to be so far away from his home. And he does not have the right to leave me heart-broken. He does not have the right to leave with no explanation. If he leaves, he leaves, but he leaves with intention. He leaves with a warning. He doesn't just disappear in the middle of the night."

I sat there with my eyes wide and my jaw practically touching the wood of the dock. And I did what any good person would do if they were in a situation like this. I pulled her closer to me and I gave her the biggest hug imaginable. I let her cry like there's no tomorrow. I let her yell and scream and curse the gods into my shoulder.

It was around 3:00 in the morning when she finally regained her control over her emotions. "Thank you," she said flatly. "Thank you Tyler."

A/N: Okie thank you so much for reading and staying with me! I hope you enjoyed this chapter. There will be a part 3, I promise! BYEEE!
