Kaveh's POV
I finished my project quickly enough and managed to hand in the design to my client. I got enough money to buy a house and support myself for the time being.
This means I don't need to suffer from Alhaitham again. I can finally live my own fricking life and get along with myself. I can be free of all my troubles, and if I get the chance, I'll go and find my mom in Fontaine. Perhaps I can even move there to take care of her.
But the more I think of it, the more I am afraid. I can't bother to see Alhaitham on his own. He couldn't even handle cooking and basic dusting.Alhaitham's POV
Perhaps I could've given some thought to the case. This solution is not going anywhere. I'm hopeless.
The Fatui had successfully turned Tanit against all of the Eremites and the Akedmiya, and I can't afford to lose another ally.
There were Fatui diplomats deployed by Il Dottore to persuade to give up, but I'll always remember what they did. They are not living out of this. I cannot give up, just as I cannot give up my relationship with Kaveh.
