Villain:

Sitting in my office, I sit at my desk. Pondering on what tea I should have, as the tea containers are sitting in front of me all in a row.

My choices are:

Earl grey

Peppermint

Birthday cake

Chamomile

Jasmine

These are all of my most favorited teas, I just can't choose which one to have so, I put a little of each, in an empty tea bag, obviously not caring about the taste, and put it into China tea pot. A family heirloom might I add.

I then walk to the fireplace in my office that is heating up a kettle, and grab it, with obvious hand protection.

I start to slowly walk back over to my desk in silence. Until a loud and startling knock interrupts me. Making me drop the kettle to the ground, and groan in annoyance. "What?!".

The door to my office opens to reveal my most trusted subordinate, I look over to him, as I bend down to grab the fallen kettle, careful to not burn my hands.

I then sigh as it clicks in my head who disrupted my tea time. "What is it Aris?" he sighs and look to me grimly and speaks, "Your father just called... he said you ought to know your mother has passed"

I suck in a breath as he mentions them. I look to him with a subtle scowl painting my face, and open my mouth a few times to respond, but nothing comes out, not even a squeak, not until I process completely what he just said, and respond with venom seeping into my tone "What corrupted his thoughts into thinking I would care?" he looks to the floor, "I don't know sir, I just thought you should know he called, as much as they disgust you, they are still your parents."

"That is true Aris, they are the ones who gave me life. However, I despise them, they should never have been parents, they never should have conceived me." "I get that but-" I then cut Aris off, not wanting to hear any more of it. "Aris, I get what you are trying to do, but it is a foolish attempt. Get out and go back to work." Aris then slowly turns his back to me, and briskly walks out of my office, closing the oak wood door to my office behind him.
