"i've been thinking, and i know our past relationship- or whatever we had didn't go super ideal but i think i might really like you again y/n." OH. MY. GODDDDD. it's happening again. i couldn't be happier. i can't wait to prove to everyone that me and walker really would be a great couple.

"i mean you obviously know this, but walker i really like you too, i'd love if we gave things a second try." i told him as i heard a knock on the door. "walker i have to go, i'll call you when i'm home."

"okay, bye y/n," he said. i swear i could hear this kids smile over the phone.

"what's up ava?" i said opening the bathroom door.

"you have to go." she said, looking mad. "like now."

"why, did something happen?" i asked, hoping she didn't hear any of my conversation.

"i just forgot i have to do something, bye." she said, walking away and going up her stairs. i walked the 30 minute walk home and facetimed walker.

"hey walkerrr!" i said, dragging his name out.

"hey y/nnnn!" he said, doing the same.

"so about earlier," i started to say as i saw him start to tense up. "i meant what i said."

"yeah, me too."he said.

"but as much as i'd want to be with you, everything that has messed our relationship- or whatever we had has been caused by too many people knowing we're together- or whatever we were." i said.

"yeah, and i mean i obviously want to show off that i have a pretty girlfriend, but keeping it just between us and our friends might be the best choice." he said.

"well, i'm glad we're on the same page!" i said, smiling. "but you still have to ask me." i said.

"ask you what?" he asked as i rolled my eyes at him.

"to be your girlfriend!" i said laughing.

"oh my god y/nnnn." he said, dragging out me name. "fine, just because it's you. y/n, will you be my girlfriend?" he asked me. i've been waiting for this moment for months. more if you count when he was my celebrity crush. and yet, right now it feels so natural. i'm calm, while i have walker scobell asking me to be his girlfriend. it feels so perfect, it literally can't get better than this.

"yes, walker, i will be your girlfriend." i said smiling. "let's hang out! we gotta take a polaroid, we haven't in forever!"

"sure! want to go into town and get ice cream?" he asked me.

"yeah, meet me there at 7! see you there scobell!" i said.

"bye y/l/n!" he said, hanging up.
