Kimi and her sister tugged on her Mother's thick and slick fur. "Mommm...." Kimi whined as she moped on her leg as her twin sister, Karera stood quietly for an answer. "Yes, Kimi? ...and Karera?" Akane, their mother, replied as she patted the two's heads. "Can we playyy?" Kimi continued to mope as her tail laid flat on the floor beneath them. Karera shook her head and frowned. "Maybe later, okay?" She said softly. Kimi whined and groaned, "Karera wants to play too!" Karera didn't say that, She can't even speak. "Your imagination runs wild, Kimi." Her mother spoke before Kimi stood up straight and dragged Karera back to their room.
" I hate this! She's always busy, she's always doing something, she's always tired! " kimi complained and whined to Karera as she sat and listened in. "Dad's never gonna come back no matter what and we're just gonna curl up in a corner and rot!" She sniffled as she sat next to Karera and pulled in her knees into her chest. "Do you ever think he's dead..?" Kimi spoke before speaking again "in wait, you don't have feelings nor can express them cause you're mute or you can speak for yourself!" She snapped at her sister. Karera distanced herself from Kimi due to her out lash, she was highly worried for her state. "Oh what now!? Everyone is distancing from me cause I'm mad over one simple thing!? Uncle doesn't go near me cause of how I interact with stupid shit!" " if someone dies, they obviously tried to distance themselves from me-!"
A gunshot would be heard.
Kimi and Karera immediately stood and ran to where it'd be heard to find her mother lying on the ground either dead or alive but barely. A ratherly young boy was standing there, holding a gun and he looked like he knew how to handle a gun before. Kimi looked up at him and pinned her ears. "Didn't expect a bitch like her to have children." He hissed." Damn it!" Kimi leapt forward, attempting to pin him down but then he moved out of the way and used the other end of the gun to hit the back of her head against which made her fall to the ground. Karera stood there in shock, she couldn't do anything due to her being mute and other stuff like that but she looked back and forth between the boy and her mother. She looked the other way and accepted fate easily.
Kimi snapped her eyes open, looking at marineford filled with Marines, Warlords and Pirates fighting, no matter the size or age. She looked at Ace's corpse then to Sachi, who were in Jimbe's arms with Luffy, both in a state of shock or unconscious. She flicked her tail tip before jumping down from where she was and began to get to work.
