As Luffy jumped around, Sachi would be following Ace, or trying to at least. Once they found Ace and a blonde kid. Both Sachi and Luffy got tied to a tree while Ace anc the boy were talking about killing him. "Don't kill me!" Luffy screamed before the four of them heard Pirates- or Bandits, approaching. Soon enough, Luffy got caught too easily just cause he wouldn't stay quiet. "Luffy..." Sachi Whispered as she hid with Ace and Sabo.

Sachi helped Sabo and Ace carry the treasure to their new place to hide it, she'd look up at the sky and notice it was getting late. "Luffy is probably dead by now, guys..." she'd lower her ears. "I thought he ratted me and Ace out already since he's dumb like that!" Sabo exclaimed. "Ugh!" Ace groaned. "Are we gonna save him or what!?" Sachi hissed as she shifted back, highly worried about the boy even though he's older than her. "Whatever! Let's just go already!" Ace and Sabo said as they got their metal pipes and ran down towards the junkyard.

The three of them would run towards where the gang of Pirates were and broke in. "Let him go!" The three said, attacking two gang members, as well as the main one. "Quick! Let's make a run for it!" Sabo said as he held Luffy. "Go without me." Ace said. "Ace...!" Sachi pinned her ears as she was thrown to the side with Luffy before Sabo and Ace fought.

Luffy whined and sniffled as he was crying, the four of them with bandages on from the fight. "Ace that was really not cool those guys were actually Pirates next time, we run. Whatever your deal is were dying." Sabo spoke to Ace. "This sucks, I like my old one better." He said as he looked t his broken pipe that was now wrapped up. "We made a huge mistake" Sabo said as he looked at Sachi, curled up beside Luffy. "That was scary! I thought I was gonna die!" Luffy said as he continued to cry "would you shut up!?" Ace said as he stuck his pipe in the dirt. "Please Don't hurt him more...." sachi said softly. "Don't you want to be a pirate!?" Ace continued which stopped luffy's whining. "U-thank you..." He said as he looked down, Sachi looking up at him slightly confused.  "You, you saved me..." "stop it!" Ace said "calm down!" Sabo said afterwards "hes just happy, okay?" 

"Why didn't you tell them? You think they're not gonna kill you cause you're a kid?" "I was scared that you wouldn't be my friend..." luffy sniffled as sachi shifted back, sitting criss-cross beside him as her tail wiggled. "Yeah? So what? That still beats dying right? Besides, why do you wanna be my friend? That's dumb." "It's not cause I'm being nice to you. I've been giving you hell ever since we met.""because...because I've got no one else to turn to other than Sachi!" He sniffled as he looked up at Ace. "I can't go back to windmill village, I don't like the mountain Bandits either! I would've been alone if I didn't have sachi and follow you" "being alone? Why?" Ace lowered his hand which were pointing at him. "Gramps and Sachi are all I got." "You feel better around me?" "Uh huh" luffy said as he nodded. "Otherwise you'll feel lonely." "Uh huh."

"Do you think...I deserve to live?" Sachi shifted back and stood on all fours " Don't say that, ace!" She lowered her ears. "Of course I do!" Luffy said as sachi looked back up to him "I see."
