“First off, let’s get you a weapon.” He pulled out a small cylindrical object and handed it over to me. “This object can change into any weapon the user decides to. All you have to do is imagine it and it morphs into that weapon.” I thought about different weapons but I knew exactly which one I wanted. With the power of my imagination, it turned to a staff with blades on each end. “So, you are the hero of prophecy. That weapon only corresponds with someone with the power of imagination.”
We started combat training. Fortunately, my new body was able to keep up with the vigorous training. “Woah you can handle that weapon pretty well for a newbie.” “I always practiced with poles at home. Just gotta adjust to the blades.” “His form is still lacking in elegance.” Karma arrived on a scene staring down into my soul. “How about the two of you spar?” He agreed and so the practice match begun. I went in for a handshake but he slapped my hand.
The match begun and immediately I was on the defenses. His mastery of the two-sword style was amazing but I didn’t want to lose. I started using the reach of my staff to my advantage and soon the tides had turned. Karma jumped in the air and created a projectile of fire with a slash of both his swords. I swiftly dodged but he repeated the attack until he saw an opportunity to finish the duel. I pretended to get hit by the fire slash and when he approached me, I extended my staff and stabbed him in the chest.
“That’s it. The winner is Kemar.” Sammuel healed Karma. “I see that even though you aren’t trained like me your instinct is one of a warrior so I respect you. I will aid you in your quest to save this world.” “Thanks. I look forward to having you as not only a comrade but as a friend.” Sammuel was glad that we finally hit it off. We spent the rest of the day improving my skills at weilding my weapon. “Tomorrow you’ll be learning how to use spells.”
“The prophecy stated that the hero to come will have the affinity to use all elements. So, I’ll bring in friends from the Fairy Tail universe to help you out. Also, they were training some recruits to aid you on your journey as well. So, I hope you guys get along.” “Fairy Tail? I hope I get to see Erza. She is one of my waifus after all.” “Who would have thought that the hero of this world would be such a simp.” “Hwy take that back Karma!” “Make me!”
