One and Only

Papa

Reaching Hongjoong's apartment, the first thing Seonghwa noticed was how tidy it was. Sure, his first visit wasn't that great. He remembers every moment of it. How Hongjoong teased him, how Seonghwa was so much nervous. Wooyoung was already running here and there and Jongho, who was in Hongjoong's hands looked like he want to sleep.

Seonghwa noticed his son getting tired and ofcourse his own headache wasn't helping much. Hongjoong gave him a nod and took him and Jongho to his bedroom. Seonghwa was thankful of the other , who gave him medicine and put almost sleepy Jongho on the bed.

After Seonghwa lied down on the bed, the only thing he wanted was a good sleep with his gummy bear sleeping close to him. Hongjoong covered him with duvet and pat Jongho's hair until the baby was fully asleep. Seonghwa already sleeping due to effect of heavy medicine.

Hongjoong was wondering, why? Why did he helped Seonghwa? Was it because he knew that the other won't be able to take care of his own? Was it because he pitied him? Was it because he felt bad for the other? Or.............was it because he was worried about the other? He cared about Seonghwa? How funny! Few years ago, he was Seonghwa's bully and now here he is caring about him.

Hongjoong noticed both of them sleeping and went to the living room. He saw a very energetic Wooyoung trying to jump from the table and landing on the couch. He smiled sweetly at the kid.

Hongjoong : Hey Woo baby. Do you like chocolates? *Asked sweetly*

Woo : Yesh! Woo like choco-choco! *Said excitedly*

Hongjoong : Come, i have so many chocolates in my fridge. How about you choose yourself? Hmm? *Said lifting Woo from the table*

Woo : Yay!! Shooo many choco-choco!! *Said cutely waving his hands*

Hongjoong laughed at the cute gesture of this energetic kid. He really wasn't a fond of kids and wasn't planning his own anytime soon but Jongho and Wooyoung were definitely something. He liked both of them even tho they met like two times only.

After getting his favourite chocolates, Wooyoung set on the couch and Hongjoong turned on a baby show for him, sitting beside. Wooyoung, who was enjoying his chocolate suddenly looked at Hongjoong whose eyes were glued to the TV. He then suddenly said remembered his 'mumma' telling him oneday that he won't get married and have a dad for Jongho and Wooyoung cause according to Seonghwa, he was enough for the kids.

Now we know it is something the kids shouldn't know but it's just Woo heard Seonghwa and Mingi talking about this one day. He didn't wanted to listen to their conversation but he didn't have a choice since he was literally lying on Mingi's lap, who thought that Woo was sleeping.

Woo : Unci! *Said quietly catching Hongjoong's attention*

Hongjoong : Hmm? What happened Woo? U don't like the chocolate? Want me to get you another one? *Said worriedly*

Woo : Noo! I like it. I just want to ask you something, can i? *Said nervously*

Hongjoong : Ofcourse Honey pie. What is it? *Said smiling*

Woo : Can you be my papa?? *Said cutely*

Hongjoong was shocked but more than that he was confused. He was not able to understand the situation. Did Wooyoung, Seonghwa's eldest son, asked him to be his father? Why?

Hongjoong : But sweety why? I mean i would definitely love to be your father but why me honey pie? *Said smiling sweetly*

Woo : It's just Woo and Jongho not have a papa. Mumma said that we can not have a papa cause previous papa was bad and mumma not trust anyone. *Said nervously*

Hongjoong : Awww you baby! You can call me papa if you want, i don't mind. *Said smiling*

Woo : Really? Thank you papa! *Said hugging Hongjoong*

Hongjoong smiled and hugged Wooyoung back but the words of the kid were still roaming in his mind. Previous papa? Is Wooyoung talking about Seonghwa's abusive ex? He don't know if it's actually Seonghwa's ex boyfriend or someone else whom Seonghwa dated after he had Woo and Jongho. He made a mentle note that he'll definitely ask Seonghwa one day but not now.
