Feelings

After a week

Hongjoong : Seonghwa where is the file that I gave you? *Said hurriedly without even looking at the other*

Seonghwa who was busy preparing other documents for the important meeting on his laptop looked up.

Seonghwa : I have sent them to your email joong. Didn't you review them last night?

Hongjoong : Ah! Ryt ! I must have forgotten. Uff! So much is going on. I just hope we get the deal today. *Said nervously*

Seonghwa : We will Hongjoong. You have worked hard for it and-*said smiling when Hongjoong cut him off in the middle*

Hongjoong : WE. We have worked hard Seonghwa. If it wasn't for you, believe me it would all have been a mess. *Said smiling sweetly*

Seonghwa : Uhh ummm t-thank you Hongjoong. *Said lightly blushing*

In this one week, both of them have gotten a bit more close to each other. The kids play an important role too in bringing them together. Like that one time when Wooyoung was craving his father's love so badly that even Mingi couldn't handle him. So Hongjoong immediately went to meet them. Seonghwa was in a meeting so he didn't knew but later Mingi told him. Seonghwa was embarrassed of his son and immediately apologized to Hongjoong who told him "Come on what's wrong if my kid is missing me? I can go and meet them anytime they want. It's no big deal".

Seonghwa was flushed but more than that he was thankful. Hongjoong is corporative that sometimes hwa feels as if he is bothering him too much. Due to this, many time he thought about quitting only to be stopped by Mingi who always said the same thing "If not yourself then think about the kids hwa, they will be so heartbroken to know that they again lost their father."

In the meeting

Hongjoong was busy discussing matters with the other person whereas Seonghwa was checking the details of the project. Suddenly he stopped what he was doing and quietly looked at Hongjoong. He found something in those files which needs to be checked by Hongjoong immediately before he finalize the deal.

Soon the meeting came to an end as always hongjoong immediately didn't sign the meeting but asked for time and corporation. The others left and now it was just him and hwa in the meeting room.

Seonghwa : Uhh sir, there's something you need to see before you finalize the deal.

Hongjoong : What happened hwa?

Seonghwa : uhh sir, While I was checking the files they sent us, i found something suspicious. They sent us 5 pdf documents having all the information regarding the project but in the 4th pdf document, there is a problem. *Explained smartly*

Hongjoong : What problem? *Asked curiously*

Seonghwa : Sir, in the 4th pdf document, they have explained the terms and the consequences of this project and when i calculated everything i found that it's not in our favour. *Said nervously*

Hongjoong : What do you mean? *Said sternly*

Seonghwa : Sir, what I mean is that if we finalize this deal and sign the papers then we'll have to give the major shares of two of your companies to them which technically means that they will have control on your companies more than you. *Explained a bit hesitantly*

Hongjoong took a deep breath and said : Is that so? And what happens if we sign the deal but refuse to give the major shares? *Asked curiously*

Seonghwa : Sir, then we'll have to legally fight because in the contract it's crystal clear that without giving the shares, we can't make a deal with them. "Said nervously*

Hongjoong nodded his head a little and said : Alright. I'll think about it but for now let's go.

Both stood up and went back to hongjoong's office. Seonghwa got a call from mingi who said that jongho isn't feeling well and already throw up twice. Seonghwa and hongjoong immediately rushed to get the kids from mingi's place.

In the car

Seonghwa : My baby! I am so sorry sweetheart! Mumma is so bad. He didn't even notice you were not fine in the morning. *Said hugging a sleeping jongho. He then softly kissed his temple*

Hongjoong : Hwa it's ok! You aren't in your best state from last two days too.
Moreover, now you are with him so he'll be happy and fine soon. *Said caressing seonghwa's head lovingly*

Seonghwa hummed softly and pecked jongho again before closing his eyes and going to dreamland.

Wooyoung : Papa? Mumma sleep? *Said curiously*

Hongjoong : Yes cupcake. You wanna sleep too? *Said sweetly*

Wooyoung : Yes papa but mumma sleep, i sleep with who? *Saud pouting sadly*

Hongjoong stopped the car in the side of the road and gestured wooyoung to come on his lap. Wooyoung sat on his father's lap and leaned back on his chest soon closing his eyes.

Hongjoong lovingly caressing his hairs and held him tight. He then looked at seonghwa who was sleeping soundly with a sleeping jongho in his arms and smiled to himself. Funny how a few days ago his life was full of work and nothing else but now. Now he has family to look after and honestly, hongjoong doesn't regret it. He loving it. The feeling of having a partner by your side, the feeling when you are someone's father. That loving feeling.

Sure he wanted to stay single and never in a million he thought about seonghwa being his partner but life is really unpredictable. It can suprise you whenever it wants. In high school he always thought seonghwa was a weak guy who couldn't even fight his lover but now he is proud of that once weak boy. Sure he feels guilty for not being there with the other in his hard times but now he wants to stay with him every second.

And just like that they all spent their afternoon in hongjoong's car sleeping and someone thinking about his life.
