The Part Where The Good Stuff Happens

Naturally, hearing a familiar scream, Blue ran towards the sound. The sound of a dying pig. The sound of his best friend. The sound of Swordtail.

Swordtail and Sundew wandered through the maze, constantly tripping each other. The sun had risen which meant this was the last day to complete the maze task and the last one. "Do you still have that banana that Wasp gave us?" Sundew asked. Swordtail dug through his pockets until he picked up something long and mushy. "Yes," He said firmly. "Do you want it?" Sundew snatched the banana out of his hand and chucked it over the hedge. "It was rotten." She explained. Swordtail just stared wide-eyed at her.

"SWWWOOOOOOOOOOORDTAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIL!" Blue shouted. "SUUUUUUUUUUNNDEEEEEEWWWWWWW!" Cricket stopped running. "I don't think shouting out their names will-" Cricket started. Willow yelped as a rotten banana fell on her head. Someone let out a small laugh from behind them. Someone was following them. Bumblebee poked her head out of a nearby push and Cricket didn't even know she left her arms.

"EEEEEeeeeyaaaaooooopoww!" Bumblebee said cheerfully. She slid out of the bush when Cricket realized that her little sister was CLINGING onto SOMEBODY ELSE's LEG. And guess who that somebody was? Yup. BOMBARDIER. Okay, Cricket was PISSED. Blue was trying to clean the banana out of Willow's hair but Cricket did not hesitate to walk straight over to Bombardier and give him what he deserved.

One satisfying slap on his weak face was enough to send him running to his mommy. Cricket thought for a moment, she slapped him because he wasn't supposed to follow them. She also slapped him because she never got the perfect opportunity to do what she has been waiting to do for the last 7 weeks.

"Hey!" Cried a familiar voice. "You don't do that to my cru-" Nettle covered her mouth and blushed. Blue stared at her in confusion. "I mean: You don't do that to my crush! Aw, dang it!" Nettle stamped her foot in frustration. "You won't tell anyone, will you?" She asked them. "Uhh, No. You've been nothing but a bully to us and this is the LEAST revenge that I can do, remember that," Cricket retorted at the same time Willow said: "Never have, never will." Blue stared at the unconscious body of Bombardier and kicked it lightly. He woke up with a start and blushed when he saw Nettle looking at him.

Sundew and Swordtail pressed themselves against the hedge. They could hear voices from the other side. Something about revenge and crushes. It had to be Willow and the others. No one else was in the maze, or so she thought. Everyone had completely forgotten about Luna. 

Luna was a few hedges over, but she could hear everything. Nonstop tears were flooding out of her eyes as the memory of Swordtail's angry face invaded her mind. Running footsteps passed nearby and she was tempted to shout out but instead she whispered Swordtail, barely understandable because of her crying.

"This way!" Cricket cried. "What about here!" Sundew argued back. Blue covered his ears, shouted: "LET'S GO THIS WAY!" and pointed to the direction behind them. "Isn't that the way we came from?" Willow questioned. "Wait," Cricket realized. "There are openings and entrances all around us, doesn't that mean we're in the middle?" Everyone stopped shouting. "It does." Swordtail said after a while.

Everyone stared at him. "We already figured that out." Sundew said. "You are on your last day and there is still one more task to go," Wasp said joyfully. "Just hurry up and pour that potion into the bowl already" Everyone whipped around. A stone bowl was in the middle of the middle with vines growing all around it. "Sorry I'm making this so easy for you" Wasp cackled. Cricket quickly shoved the flask into Blue's hands and he nervously walked up to the large stone bowl and poured the entire bottle into it. He held his breath and waited for them to die.
