Chapter 8- 'Lucius and Bellatrix's Escape'

Hermione POV

As I slipped through the Ally's of Hogsmeade, and hid in the shadows of the buildings I kept and eye out for any suspicious characters.

I slipped behind a building and ran right into someone.

I stumbled and fell to the ground.

I looked up and almost screamed as I saw who was standing over me.

"Well, well, well, if it isn't Hermoine Granger" Lucius said with a sneer.

I stood as fast as I could and drew my wand, a female came from behind him,

"Expelliarmus!!" She yelled and my wand flew from my hand.

"How dare you draw a wand on your superiors!! You filthy half breed!!" She screeched.

"Now, now, Bellatrix I'm sure it was just a first reaction I'm sure she didn't mean anything by it." he said, not looking away from me.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Looking for my son not that it's any of your business, you mud blood!" he said I flinched as if he'd slapped me.

" What are you doing sneaking around Hogshead when you should either be home or at Hogwarts. What would Dumbledore say if Miss. Goodie Two-Shoes was caught outside the castle?" He asked raising his eyebrow.

I swallowed, I couldn't be caught this was the only place me and Draco could ever escape to other than the astronomy tower.

So, I did what any sensible person would do.

I ran.

I ran down the Ally and threw the crowd of people I ran into Honey Dukes and ran into the back before anyone could stop me.

I flew down the stairs and ran smack dab into...

" Mione!!" Draco was exclaimed steadying me.

I hugged him tightly; he returned my hug.

"Mione, I thought...I thought you'd been caught I was so worried!" He said tears forming in his eyes.

"I ran into you father...and your aunt." I told.

He pulled away and checked me all over as he exclaimed worriedly, "Did they hurt? Did they touch you? I'll kill them I swear!" He spoke.

I grabbed his arm and cupped his face and kissed him, he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me toward him.

" I love you Mione" he said pulling away about an inch.

" I love you to, now let's head back to the castle." I said with a smile.
