Disclaimer: I do not own the Percy Jackson series, books, or characters.

A/N: So, I'm trying to update more often now. I expect updates should be longer in general and more often, so finger crossed that nothing happens.

To clear up the debate, he does not turn into a god until his mother decides, she has suppressed his power with the help of Chaos. This is a way to proving yourself to the Primordial Counsel.

Review and post descriptions of characters you want added (Basically make your own character) if I can find a use for him/her then I will choose to add him/her to the story.

POV: Nyx

"You didn't have to push him in" I wasn't happy, Pelus -the dragon- shifted uncomfortably.

"It is tradition. He must be tested and if he knew what was coming then he could have prepared himself." Pelus growled "He thinks he is great, but once he meets the others he will know his place."

I had nothing to say to that. Perseus indeed thought that he was great, but to be honest, he was getting sloppy. The children in this camp where only top class, there were few and the few that came knew the dangers. Being the children of gods with such a pure lineage they had an extremely strong scent, even more so than the so called big three.

My heart grew big with worry, filled with dread.

POV: Percy

I opened my eyes. My vision was blurry, as was expected. As my vision cleared I glanced at my surroundings, I was still under water. However, I was not alone. A female figure was smiling at me. She had long black hair and seemed to be concentrating deeply, so I didn't say anything, waiting for her to make the first move.

"I am the goddess Ananke, I decide the fate and destiny of many." She widened her smile now, "You are destined for great things in this camp, but you need to lose the attitude." My chest, which was puffed out in pride, lowered a little. "I've been watching you for some time now, you have skills and talent, but you have gotten lazy. The challenges you will face aren't easy." She paused "They will push you to the absolute limits." She opened her hands and made a slight bowing gesture before disappearing into the seaweed below us.

"What just happened?" I muttered to myself as I swam. If I was going to be facing opponents then I might as well get into an optimal position for defense and offense. It was hard hearing from a god that you sucked. I wondered what the kids in this camp where capable of...

*Time Skip* (You will not be seeing what all the different challenges are)

My face was bloodied and bowed. My sword Riptide was lying down in the sand and the man was standing above me, sword pointed to my throat. I laid down, in defeat. I guess I didn't get accepted into the camp.

"Well done!" The man smiled and in a flash of light changed out of the Greek battle armor.

"What are you talking about? I lost!" I spat angrily. The man's smile disappeared.

"The object was not to beat me, I'm a god." My mouth flew open "Bu-t" He waved his hand and Nyx appeared, along with the dragon.

"Perseus, this is Pontus, a sea god." My mother introduced, she had a huge grin on her face for some reason. I just felt ashamed. I had basically disrespected a god. Zeus and his Olympians didn't count as gods, one Primordial could take them all out. "I can see your ego is knocked down a couple pegs, that is good."
