Editor Ace here! This actually got me thinking quite a bit, but here's what I've got for you:
Nathan, Sasha, and Gabriella would never address it and act as if nothing happened.
Kat and Cody would confront a therapist but not let it get to the point where they wind up in the mental hospital. However, they'd live with the guilt of never being able to avenge their classmates.
Tyler would wind up in the mental hospital. His temper along with his stubbornness would let him wind up there, but not unfairly. The trauma would impact his mental health severely.
Maddie would not survive.
