"It does not belong to you, Stocker," I said, trying to hide the little fear in my voice. "I found the Enigmo fair and square before you showed up!"

He let out a small laugh, rolling his eyes. Phoenix growled at him from my shoulder.

"You and the Shane kid are the same," he commented, amused. "Guess similarities attract after all."

"Yup," I said, wearing a small smirk. "Try surrounding yourself with selfish, cold, arrogant women with hairstyles that resemble a chicken comb. Maybe then you'll leave your singlehood."

His smile faded and was replaced with a glare that could kill. He gritted his teeth and fired his Thresher.

I attached both ends of my blaster together into one staff blaster and fired one end. Rox megamorphed and was fearlessly charging at the incoming Thresher with razor sharp teeth and claws. Seconds before collision, Rox spun around, hitting the Thresher in the face with his strong tail, forcing it to return to photoform.

Loading up Spikey, I fired her and Ivy one after the other. Stocker didn't seemed even slightly fazed by the blaring slugs. He looked at them with a blank expression, and let out a whistle.

Two pairs of devilish yellow eyes emerged from the mist behind him and his slughounds pounded forward, capturing my slugs in their mouths before they had the chance to reach velocity and spat them out. Spikey and Ivy collapsed on the ground, defeated with stars circling their heads.

"Hey!" I yelled at them with a frown, but quickly take that back when the beasts started growling at me.

Keep in mind they were like two full grown wolves.

I heard a few chirps coming from my backpack before a canister was shot out of it. I loaded up my blaster, and was delighted when I saw the slug in the canister.

"Storm?" I smiled at the Tormato, and he waved at me in the blaster with a confident smile, before positioned himself better to be fired. I looked up at the slughounds, and fired Storm at them.

Storm velocimorphed, and though he was not a megamorph, he successfully scared away the two slughounds with his destructive reddish-orange tornado.

Now that the slughounds were out of the way, I saw Stocker just casually walking towards the clueless Enigmo.

He surely thinks I'm not a threat.

I'm gonna prove him wrong.

"Allow me to remind you," I yelled at him, getting his attention as I loaded my blaster with my Aquabeek. "I was the one who led Slugterra, and I'm not to be taken lightly!"

I fired Nile at him, but he reacted fast. He loaded his blaster and fired a Flaringo followed by an Armashelt.

Loading my Arachnet, I watched Nile defeated the Flaringo with a splash of water but was knocked away by the strong Armashelt. I dove out of the way just in time to dodge the Armashelt's attack, and aimed my blaster at Stocker, planning to attempt to catch him in a web.

But at the corner of my eye I noticed the Enigmo was walking alarmingly close to the edge of the stone wall, and right underneath him was a trap set up by Stocker. Metal spikes as sharp as a Dirt Urchin's needle protruded from the trap.

Trixie told me about this trap before. The second a slug fell into the trap, it snaps and shut tight, killing the slug instantly.

I looked up from it and the Enigmo was literally perching against the vertical wall, walking horizontally like an intoxicated slug.

I know Enigmos are unintelligent slugs, but I didn't know they can be this dumb.

That explains why they are nearly extinct.
