Blaise was not amused.

He had a fantastic night with Haylan, his magic was still humming in pleasure from being connected to Haylan finally. But something woke him up in the morning, not long after they had passed out from their final round of lovemaking.

At first, Blaise had just enjoyed waking up with Haylan in his arms, but something pulled at his magic nagging him into waking up more. He looked around the quiet room trying to pinpoint what was bothering his magic so much. Blaise got up, reluctantly leaving the warmth of the sheets and Haylan's body. His magic was buzzing anxiously now as he made his way out of the bedroom.

The villa felt abnormally quiet, not that Blaise had been here but a few times, but the silence made his hair want to stand on end. As he walked further away from the bedroom, his magic got more and more agitated.

Before he could turn to go back to the room hands were grabbing him from behind trying to pull him backwards. Suddenly thankful to his mother that she had made him learn how to defend himself with and without magic, as he elbowed whoever had a hold on him in the gut. Not that it helped much but one of the hands let go of him long enough for Blaise to grab his wand and start firing off curses.

There were now three people, at least that he could tell, with bad disillusionment charms on them firing mostly non-lethal hexes and stunners at him. There had to be more in the villa as he heard the crash of things hitting the floor further down the hall.

"Haylan!" Blaise yelled, hoping his love would come soon. The intruders were being so loud there was no way that Haylan wouldn't wake up. He ducked behind the nearest piece of furniture, reaching for their bond, but the other end of his bond was quiet and muddled. There was no rise in Haylan's magic that he could feel and that had him both worried and distracted.

Blaise turned and ran back toward the bedroom, determined to get to Haylan. Spells were still being cast at him, hitting walls near his face, blowing holes in the floor, but thankfully missing him for the time being.

When Blaise reached the bedroom he saw two people, facing away from him and dressed in all black, holding a strange-looking tube that seemed to be somehow inserted into Haylan's arm. Haylan lay on his back, still unconscious and unaware of the danger happening around him.

As Blaise moved to stop whatever the people were doing to Haylan he felt two stunners finally catch him in the back making the world go dark, the last thing he saw as he fell was clear liquid being pumped into Haylan's arm.

Blaise woke up with a massive headache, tied up, and lying on a cold marble floor. Groaning he tried to roll onto his back but found it was hard to move.

"What the hell..." Blaise growled out looking around to try to see where he was as his memories slowly came back to him.

He looked to be tied down to the floor of an empty room. The white marble floors looked eerie in the dim lighting. From his position, he couldn't see the doors or even anyone in the room, but he didn't trust it.

His bond with Haylan was muted but extremely anxious. They weren't meant to be this far apart right after bonding, it felt like his magic was being stretched too thin.

"So you are awake now." An arrogant feminine voice said from behind him.

"I suppose I am. It is rude to kidnap someone without any introductions." Blaise drawled, drawing on all of his political and Slytherin training.

"You don't need to know me, little pawn. I am just waiting for your boyfriend to negotiate for your return." The voice was dismissive and it just amused Blaise instead of upsetting him like the voice probably intended.
