Heir Caliban's coronation was, for a lack of a better word, quite magical.

There had never been such a gathering of international wixen and creatures in several hundred years, even before the Caliban name fell. They were only a couple hours into the coronation and things had remained peaceful thus far, but the Black family knew that so many differing opinion gathering in one location would cause some tension. They had reassured Haylan he could stay focused on the main event and leave the scuffles to the aurors and the rest of the Black family. Nothing would be getting in the way of Haylan's coronation.

Sirius was oddly enough in his element. He was moving through the crowd and bouncing between groups, socializing, getting a taste of everyone's opinions, and diffusing tensions with a wide grin. He had never felt so alive. He wished James was here to see how amazing his son was. That his little boy was going to change the world.

Both Narcissa and Andromeda watched Haylan's progress as the young man chatted with everyone from shop keepers to royalty. They were both very proud of how their boy had grown and matured from the waif that had been dumped into their laps originally.

"He is going to be one of the greats Cissy." Andromeda murmured to Narcissa as they sipped their wine.

"Of that I have no doubt. I just worry what he may have to face to get there." Narcissa worried.

"He will be fine, as long as that godson of yours gets his act together soon." Andromeda teased with a wide grin making Narcissa laugh.

"I have tried several blatant hints out for Blaise, but for a Slytherin he is rather oblivious when it comes to Haylan. But he does worship the ground Haylan walks on already so I am not too worried."

They both looked over to the tall Slytherin boy that stood in his best black and bronze robes trying to keep a blank face as he watched Haylan move through the room.

"Mmm Blaise looks like he wants to eat Haylan." Andromeda chuckled.

"Sirius won't like that, the mother hen that he is." Narcissa commented. "I should go save Blaise from himself. Haylan won't acknowledge their relationship publicly until Blaise starts to court him properly."

"Ah young love." Andromeda was both amused and felt sorry for the young Zabini heir. It would not be easy to be the one to hold Haylan's heart, but the boy was bold enough to at least try.

Haylan knew there was going to be trouble the minute he saw Queen Joanna speaking with Dumbledore.

The two biggest pains in his ass getting along would not be good in the long run. Even if it might be amusing to see the two prideful egos try to clash for who was in control.

He might as well get involved.

"Ah the two greatest thorns in my side. Glad to see you both behaving so far." Haylan jovially greeted them both, making both of their entourages flinch.

"Heir Caliban." Queen Joanna gritted out through clenched teeth.

"My boy-" Before Dumbledore could even continue he was laying flat on the ground. The other party goers were beginning to turn and watch the scene being made.

"Do not make me remind you again Dumbledore. I am not your boy. I am your superior in every way and I will destroy you with the ease of batting a fly away if you do not control yourself." Haylan threatened in a light tone, not letting Dumbledore off the floor quite yet. Queen Joanna watched with wide fearful eyes but there was still hatred there too.

No one from Dumbledore's group was brave enough to step forward to defend the old man. If Caliban had the magical strength to keep the likes of Dumbledore laying on the floor, then there wasn't much they could do to defend him or themselves.
