Sonya opened the door. "Wake up, soldiers! We found an Outworld portal." She said. Me and Cassie rose from our bed and changed into our outfit and gear. "Let's go." Sonya said to us. We left our room.

We went through the Outworld Portal. The first thing we saw was a Revenant. "Damn. We got lucky. Let's take him." Takeda said.
"Don't kill him." Johnny said. Me and Takeda snuck up behind him and grabbed him. He flipped us on the ground and saw a Revenant of Baraka, a tarkatan that died. But he was not a Revenant before. How? Shang Tsung and Quan Chi are dead. Unless someone found a way to resurrect the sorcerers. We got up and fought Revenant Baraka. We were able to take him down. Sonya questioned him. "How did you end up like this, Baraka?" Sonya asked.
"D'Vorah tore out my brain and heart. Then, Quan Chi resurrected me recently." Baraka spoke.
"Recently? Quan Chi is dead!" Johnny Cage said. Then the Revenant laughed. "He lives."
I leaned over to Takeda. "Do not tell Scorpion. We can't kill Quan Chi until all our friends are saved." I said. He nodded. Sonya knocked out Baraka. Then a Revenant of Kabal, one of Kano's old goons, arrived. "You're done for now, Special Forces." He said. Me and Cassie looked at each other and nodded. We jumped Kabal. Despite his speed, we were able to beat him. After him came the sorcerer himself, Quan Chi. "Impossible. We saw Scorpion kill you." Sonya said.
"Scorpion? He never killed me. As long as he's a spectre, I have control of him." Quan Chi told us. Cassie immediately shot Quan Chi's knee caps. Then, lightning started to appear. We all turned around and looked. The thunder god arrived. "Raiden." I said.
"I knew something was up." He said. He went to Quan Chi and zapped him for a moment. He stopped. "This Quan Chi is still connected to the Revenants." Raiden said. "I can still free them."
"Don't you need them all here?" Johnny asked. Raiden's lightning came and took us back to Earthrealm.
