Second Ball of Chances (Miya Atsumu x OC)

Chapter 19: The Reason

"How's the life of being a dad?" Suna Rintaro greeted his friend who smiling ear to ear looking at a picture on his phone.

"It's fun and refreshing. I am actually relieved that they are giving me a chance. But still, a little bit awkward but a progress is a progress." Atsumu answered.

"Good for you that your life is going somewhere." The middle blocker sighed that caught the attention of the setter.

"Are you in trouble, Sunarin? Where's your chill personality?" He asked.

"I like someone." Rin confessed as he looked at the sky. "And it is a total chaos."

Atsumu blinked so many times that made the middle laughed. "Why do you looked so surprised?"

"Because it is the first time you said you like someone even though you have dated a lot of women."

"I know. Weird."

"Who's the girl? Samu knew?" Atsumu asked.

"Osamu knew I am dating but I never told anyone her name and it will stay like that. Break's over. Get up, dude"

"Suna is really something else. Is he dating a married. woman? Hey! Sunarin! End that twisted relationship!" He yelled that made the middle blocker spiked him a ball.

After their training, Atsumu received a text message from Michiko, that made him excited.

Suna scoffed for he knew that it was the actress, otherwise he will not react that way.

"She dropped the kids at Osamu's. She has to attend an afterparty event. She messages me. Is this how marriage couples do?" He asked.

"Not really sure if you guys are married let alone be a couple. A little bit exaggeration on your part." Suna reacted

Osamu played little volleyball with the kids when Rintaro and Atsumu arrived.

"I thought my back gonna break. I have ever played that long after high school." Osamu panted while the twins kept on playing.

The twins stopped playing when they heard that Atsumu arrived.

"Osu!" They greeted.

"You ruined my brother with your unending stamina. What do you want for dinner?" Tsumu asked.

"Anything." Hikari answered.

"Meat. We want meat." Hiroshi answered.

Suna laughed and went to his apartment while Osamu slept on the couch.

At the Yakiniku restaurant,  the setter couldn't helped but to feel happy and proud to see his children, healthy and ambitious.

"Good, right?"

The twins nodded as they stuffed their mouths with grilled meat.

"Your mom is literally a goddess. But with a bad temper." Atsumu unconsciously said as his glued on the screen.
