Welcome to my very first Persona 4 Fanfic. This is something I've been working on and hopefully it turns out well. I would like to give a shout-out to KingKobra310 for helping me out with this story.
Before we begin, this chapter will reveal the true culprit of the Game. If you haven't figured that out, turn back now.
There won't be any other game spoilers here other than that but there will be some things revealed sooner then they are in the game in the next chapters so I highly advise to have completed Persona 4 Golden or at the very least just Persona 4 Vanilla. Or if you don't care for spoilers you're welcome to stay, I'm not going to boss you around.
12/5/2011. Morning; Fog
The Investigation team has been trying to find the culprit for a long time, and have gone no where, and Yu is walking outside with Naoto to discuss stuff.
Yu: *comes outside*
Naoto: *already outside* It's snowing. No wonder it's chilly...
Yosuke: *also outside* Brr, it's freezing out here. Maybe this will help clear my head and get my deductive muscles flexing. Too bad the dog's so thick... the snow just gets lost in it.
Yu: (there must be something that's been overlooked, it's urgent that I get over the roadblock facing me, the clues I need must already be in my hands)
Yosuke: what's the matter?
Yu: (I should go over everything I go one more time... the culprit had some sort of connection with both Mayumi Yamano and Saki Konishi, And judging by the warning letter the culprit most likely knows about the "other side" and what We did there. It's highly likely that they also knew what Namatame was doing and stood back to watch. Who would know all these things)

Yu: (another oddity about the car is that there were almost no witnesses, both warning letters seem to have been delivered directly to your house but no one saw anyone suspicious. No one unusual was seen around Mayumi Yamano or Saki Konishi, either... despite the police dispatching an unusually high number of officers to preform a thorough investigation. There must be someone in this small town who fits all the facts... the person who seems to be the most likely culprit is...)

Yu: (Tohru Adachi...)

Yu: (...of course, it I look only at the circumstances, I can't possible completely rule out that possibility. Adachi May have been able to keep an eye on our actions, he would have been able to approach the Dojima residence with ease, and he knows the area very well. Actually, I've encountered him many times while investigating the case... I learned much about the police's movements from Adachi as well... there is no exact reason to doubt him... but... something's bothering me... however...)
he gets flashbacks of all the times he's spent with Adachi.
Yu: ... (he's my friend... I can't do this to him... I don't want to think of him as the culprit... I should keep quiet... but there is more than enough possibly, and I can't say for sure he isn't... No, I can't do this... but no one but him fits the description of the culprit... but I don't want to hand him over... I'll keep it in my heart...)
Naoto: It looks like our only option is to stay patient and continue our investigation... but regardless, the fact remains that Namatame has committed his crimes. And he has already been arrested.
