Chapter 17- happy news

After letting myself and Mason stay in our happy bubble for a two weeks we finally decided to host a little party to share our news to masons family and our friends. We decided that we would say we had a film to watch but instead play a little video me and Mase had created of Rhea saying she was going to be a big sister and then showing some pictures we had of my bump and also the ultrasound. I was sat on the floor finishing my hair when I caught Mason sat on the bed watching me making me blush. "Stop looking at me like that" I say laughing at him. "I can't help how in love with you I am Lils" he laughed. I stood up and walked so I was stood in between his legs looking at him. "I'm so happy with you." I say leaning down and pressing my lips to his. "I'm the happiest I've ever been when I'm with you." He replied kissing me again before placing a hand on my stomach. "I used to imagine this a kid yanno, you pregnant with my child." Mason admitted a blush appearing on his cheeks. My smile grew bigger, "so did I" I also admitted before Mason pulled me so I was sat on his lap. "I'm so excited to spend every second of the rest of my life with you and our children lils." He said making me blush. "Do you think they will support us?" I ask as I rest my head on his shoulder. I feel him nod, "100%" he whispered enjoying the last minutes of peace we was going to have for the rest of the evening.
2 hours later
Everything was going amazing so far. Nobody had suspected a thing and I was enjoying socialising with everyone for a while without thinking about Rhea. Emma had made us agree to let her look after Rhea for the evening so we could fully enjoy the moment. I saw mason lingering out the corner of my eye making me turn to look at him. He nodded his head at me showing he wanted me to go speak to him. "Sorry excuse me I'll be back." I say to Ben and Reece who I was catching up with. "What's up Mase?" I ask him cuddling into his side. "I think it's time, I can't keep it a secret anymore I need to tell them." I laugh at his excited face. "Okay let's do it." I say kissing him. "Umm me and lils have something so show everyone if you will al make your way to the living room please?" Mason shouted catching everyone attention. "Yo Mase bro everything good?" Dec asked us as he walked next to me with his arm over my shoulder. "Yea everything's amazing just have something to show." Mase said hitting dec lightly on the back. Everyone slowly made their selves comfortable on the sofas as me and Mase stood at the front of the room. "So as Mase said we have a surprise, we have been keeping it secret for a while but hope you enjoy." I press play on the video keeping my eyes set on masons mum and dad. As Rhea finally said the words we watched as everyone's faces lit up before watching the rest of the video. Dec was the first person to come and say congrats giving Mason the biggest hug ever and I swear I saw them get emotional. Next was Debbie and Tony giving me the biggest hug and saying how proud they were. The rest of the night was filled with hugs and laughs as everyone celebrated the news of our little bean. Everyone expect Jaz who still hadn't spoke to me or mase since we told her. I was learning to accept that, no matter how much I missed her. Everything was perfect. Until it wasn't.
