He slowly stepped out into the moonlight. There was no mistaking him. Long blond hair, fair skin, and golden eyes gleamed across him.
Alucard had finally appeared. After nearly four days, he had returned. And landed a fresh blow against Trevor's head.
Trevor was relieved to see him. However, his relief was nothing compared to his uneasiness that was happening right now.

"Hello, Belmont."

Trevor stod up properly now. For days, he had planned what to say to him, over and over again in his mind. Apology after apology. And yet now when he had finally found him, he couldn't seem to remember any of it. He was simply too stunned.
Alucard waited a few seconds, but after a few too many, he huffed in annoyance.

"Well, aren't you going to say anything, After all, you've been searching for me relentlessly these last few days,"

Trevor was still unsure on what to say or do.

"I-" "You're back."
Alucards' eyes were locked onto Trevors. It only added to the tense air, nervously he continued.
" So... how you've been?"

Okay, in truth, Trevor knew he could be a bit daft sometimes, but even he realized that asking how Alucards been doing might not have been the best thing to say.

Alucards look was hard to read. Any emotion behind his eyes was skillfully concealed.

"You mean after you tortured me and dove me to a bloodthirsty frenzy?"

Trevor felt his regret bubbling up. The images in his mind came rushing back. Of Alucard in pain, at one point begging his friend for mercy.  Of his hunger taking over him, and tearfully biting into his own hand as an attempt to reprieve himself from drinking any blood from the same person that caused him all that pain. It made Trevor feel an intense guilt weighing down his heart.

Trevor kept his gaze low for a moment. He needed to say something. To apologize.  He quickly shifted his gaze back up and met golden eyes in return.

"Alucard, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have held your heritage against you. I realize now that I'm a fucking idiot for doing so okay. I was wrong. I'm really , really sorry"

Alucard was angry. He was really fucking angry. He looked like he was about to in fact rip Trevor's head off.

As Trevor's apology reached its end,
Alucards eyes shifted to a deep menacing red. In one inhumanly fast motion, Alucard had sped up and pinned Trevor up against the tree he was prevously leaned against. Trevor groaned, a little panicked.

Alucard bared his fangs and brough his long sharp nails and wrapped them tightly on Trevor's neck, blocking some of his air but not enough to choke. He hissed at him in response.

"Are you sure Belmont? You sure you're really  sorry? How do I know you won't stake me next time another human gets killed? After all am I not a vampire?

Shit, Trevor though, he had really fucked up here. He struggled to speak a little with Alucards pressure on his throat but he made no resistance towards him either.  He simply answered now in a raspy labeled voice.

"Yes. I'm sure"

Alucard stod silent for a moment, refusing to take the pressure of his throat. Trevor didn’t take his eyes off of Alucard either, but slowly they started to drop due to the lack of oxygen. His breathing grew a bit more panicked as well. A few more seconds passed before Alucard released his grip. His eyes turned back to golden and he stod silent as Trevor started coughing and gasping for air.
A few moments pass before Trevor can speak again. He was still a bit weak but managed to push through it. Trevor thought there's no way Alucard was going to forgive him for this.
But then again, he wasn't sure that he deserved it.
