Seung Tak gave chase after the dark entity that dragged Min-Min behind it. Min-min held his hand out for Seung Tak to save him, "Dr. Go! Help me, DR. GO!"

He ran as quick as he could through the long hallways and finally right into a dead end after Min-Min and the Thing. The Thing pulled Min-Min's spirit right through the wall with it. Young-min stopped just behind Seung Tak. He watched as something disappeared into the wall. It wasn't anything any of them had experienced before. He looked on as Seung Tak pounded on the wall, pleading for Min-Min, "Give him back! Min-Min? Take me! Take me instead!" Seung Tak had been running on pure adrenaline and immediately felt it dissipate as he slid down to the floor.

Seung-won kept his distance, hiding behind a corner watching Young-min hurry over to Seung Tak fight with the flat barrier. He looked up at Young-min, "It took him. It took Min-Min." He cried, heartbroken as Young-min knelt down to Seung Tak who collapsed into his arms from exhaustion. His body was so desperate to replenish air back into his lungs, he was hyperventilating.

"Seung Tak?" Young-min gently taped his cheek, "Slow your breathing down. Min-Min will be fine."

"No. No, he won't. That....Thing...I don't know...what it is. I can't hear him—it took him away. Why? Why? I can't hear him anymore. Why? Why can't I?"

Young-min looked at the solid white wall in front of them. What was on the other side? Young-min thought. He placed is free hand on the wall, feeling for some kind of trap door or portal he could push through. Some magical illusion that would allow a spirit to walk through; something he'd been unable to do as a coma ghost. It could've been a brick wall. It was solid and hard. He scratched his head in disbelief as his thoughts tried to make sense of what he just witnessed. Min-Min was a dead ghost. This Thing must be dead, too. It's possibly pushing Seung Tak to his limit to die, as well? At least, that's what it seemed to do. In his bed earlier and now. It knows Seung Tak is incredibly sick and knew he would run after Min-Min. It was frightening to think something was terrorizing Seung Tak, and potentially other hospital ghosts. He was suddenly distracted from his wandering mind as his other hand felt a warm fluid. He looked back down at Seung Tak struggling to breathe as blood was pouring out of his nose.

"Let's get you up." Young-min tried to remain calm, not wanting to alarm his friend. There was nothing either of them could do for Min-Min. He picked Seung Tak up, sitting him up, "Let's get you back to bed. You need some rest. I'll try to find Min-Min."

It had been a while since Seung Tak was brought back to Se-jin's office and his hospital bed. Su-jeong, Se-jin and Young-min all stood near him, arguing with Seung Tak that he needed to take care of himself first before he could lead a search party. Even in his state, he attempted to fight rest; wanting to square off with the Thing. Finally, his eyes closed and sleep set in. Chief Bahn entered soon after and moved everyone to the small sofa and resting area in Se-jin's office to talk, quietly. Yet, as soon as Su-jeong saw Chief Bahn pull out test results to share, she quickly made way for the door—

"Oh, I need to get back to the ER. Keep me posted and let me know when Seung Tak wakes up!"

They watched Su-jeong leave the room, slightly surprised at her behavior. It was obvious she didn't want to hear about Seung Tak's condition and was avoiding the emotions that came along with a diagnosis that she'd been seeing herself for weeks. More than anything, Su-jeong had a reputation for being tough and wanted to stay that way around her colleagues. In the ER, when her seniors bullied her, she sarcastically shut them down with pseudo apologies and a hardened demeanor. Her Sunbaes were always flabbergasted by her and their inability to ruffle any of her feathers. One had to be strong to work in medicine and in a harsh, depressing field. Doctors often bottled up their emotions and released them alone. It made the suicide rate higher but also victims of further abuse if one needed to be toughened up.
