Just a little introduction before we move on to the good ol' poetry. As the description stated, these poems will progress from the oldest to the most recent. This poem is one of the very first ones in my notebook, so although it is not much, it is the one with which I will be starting this collection.
Please enjoy.

The house upon the hill
To reach it, heed no skill,
For the storms awake at the doors
And thunder ruptures the floors.
Once you reach it, you will fall dead—
At least, that is what the spirit said.
