"I hope you'll like it, freshly baked!" Exclaimed Yeoreum, handing Mingyu a jar of red velvet cookies. The one that she forced her mom to bake with a little bit of her help.

"Thanks, you really shouldn't have burdened yourself." He said.

"It's okay, I just wanted to cheer you up." She smiled.

"Thank you, Yeoreum. You really cheered me up." Said Mingyu with a soft smile. There, Yeoreum's heart beats faster as she could feel her cheeks getting hotter.

"D-don't share it with Myeongho and Seokmin! It's only for you." Yeoreum stuttered, she couldn't even keep an eye contact with him due to the shyness she's currently feeling.

Mingyu giggled.

"Alright, only for me." He tapped the lid of the jar, convincing her that he won't share it with his friends.

Yeoreum blushed so hard, without saying anything, she walked away from him. She didn't want him to see her face that are red like a tomato right now.

Once she's quite far away from him, she turned around to look at Mingyu with a smile on her face only to get her eyes widened when she saw Jooyoung taking out one cookie from the jar and literally ate it.

Her mouth went slightly opened.

"I did said don't share it with Myeongho and Seokmin, I didn't mention any other names. But I clearly said only for him.." She muttered to herself, pouting. Her shoulders dropped as she continued to walk her way back to home.

She was very happy about Mingyu saying that she cheered him up, but witnessing Jooyoung eating the cookies that she barely helped her mom baked, it saddened and dispirited her.

"Hi, what's with the long face?" Asked Wonwoo the moment he appeared.

Yeoreum sighed but ended up telling him everything.

"Maybe Jooyoung saw it and thought about how delicious it looks. Mingyu will feel bad if he told her that she can't have it." Wonwoo shrugged.

"You're really unsupportive." She rolled her eyes.

"I just spoke my opinion out."

Yeoreum sighed again. She cupped her cheeks as she rested her elbows on her study table, Wonwoo felt bad to see her like that. For him, sad Yeoreum is not a sight that he wants to see, but happy Yeoreum is.

"Hey, can you lend me some of your dad's clothes again? Why don't we go out and have some fun?" Wonwoo asked with a bright smile. Yeoreum heaved a sigh but nonetheless, she went to get some of her dad's clothes.

Yeoreum got Wonwoo casual pants and a black long sleeves tshirt.

"Where do you wanna go?" The bored and moody Yeoreum asked with her monotonous voice.

"What about we just chill in a cafe?" He raised an eyebrow.

Yeoreum didn't say anything but she agreed. They went to the nearest cafe and got their drinks. Sitting with silence surrounding them, Wonwoo couldn't think of any idea on how to enliven her.

"I used to have a crush on someone who was very famous back in school. As famous as your Kim Mingyu is." He started, shattering the silence.

Yeoreum leaned her back against the chair.

"What happened?"

"She was very famous so they boys went competitive to win her heart. I gave up because I knew I could never be good enough to impress her." He ended his statement with a soft chuckle.
